In an office two people could be seen talking.
"So you couldn't capture the girl?" asked the man sitting behind a desk.
The man is big and bulky, this person is the genius criminal, The Kingpin. He was intimidating as he looked at the person in front of him.
The person who received his look, scared says:
"Sorry boss, the girl is very elusive and there was also a mutant brat who helped her"
If Laura were there, she would recognize this person as one of those who wanted to kidnap Riri in the alley.
"A mutant?" asked the Kingpin.
Seeing that his boss was interested in the mutant girl, he tells him what happened.
The Kingpin upon hearing the facts, remains thoughtful about the girl's abilities.
Remembering something, he opens a drawer from which he takes out a folder.
When he opens the folder, he takes out a photo and hands it to the man.
"Is this the girl?" Kingpin asked when he hands it to him.
When the man saw the photo, he was surprised since it was indeed the same girl who attacked him.
"Yes boss, it's her" he confirmed confidently.
"Stand down but remember, one more failure and the only thing that awaits you is death" the Kingpin told him.
The man quickly withdraws scared.
The Kingpin pulls out his cell phone and makes a call.
The line connects and the person on the other end of the line says:
"Your target, the mutant girl you asked me to look for, has just appeared, I'm sure The Hand will be interested in this, don't you think, Sasaki?"
Although The Hand decided to postpone the capture of Alex and the mutant children, they still used their men to keep an eye on them, but six months ago they disappeared and they could not be found.
Hearing the Kingpin say that they found information on her whereabouts, Sasaki quickly asks:
"Did you capture her?"
"No, it was one of my men who saw her and recognized her when he saw the photo"
"I see, try to capture her, I'll send you help" and then Sasaki cut the call.
Seeing Sasaki's attitude towards him, made the Kingpin show a murderous look, quickly calming down and giving new orders to his men.
