Description: SCP-9176 also known as The Wizarding World is a seemingly Pre-Historic World which we theorise to be a copy of Earth where SCP-9176-A resides that calls himself "Felix Harp" also known as "The Wizard Thief", Further investigation confirmed that a person named "Felix Harp" does not exist, It is also theorise that "Felix Harp" is from another World check "Addendum: 9176-1" for further info.

This encounter would be one of many encounters with "Felix Harp" in which we decided to labeled as a Keter later on Thaumiel, But we later on redubbed him as an Apollygon even though "Felix Harp" is not a dangerous Monster that can destroy the World, We dubbed him as an Apollygon because of how hard he is to contain and because he is powerful enough to defeat many SCP's including SCP-106 SCP-2086 SCP-3288 with eased. But we do not know how powerful "Felix Harp" is. We currently do not know if his an Reality Bender who can control his Power's, If our theories are correct then "Felix Harp" is one of the most dangerous SCP out their and any Foundation Worker should approach him with friendly intentions and know more about him and his goal.
We would have another seperate File for SCP-9176-A and SCP-9176-B's each which respectively would be only accessible for a selected few.

Description: SCP-9176-A also known as "Felix Harp" is a Male presumably British, SVP-9176-A has Brown Hair and Blue Eyed. He calls himself a Wizard which we theorise to be an Reality Bender which we hoped not.
