Chapter 11: Integration of Powers
After returning home without much fanfare and thanking [anti-trap] for getting me out of Peter's protagonist encounters. Honestly, if I had to get bullied every day for plot and be involved with thugs every corner then my life would have been turned into a mess...
I drank some juice and took a bath. Then returning to my bed, I laid down and said, "system integrate Adaptability".
I chose to integrate with this first to increase my chances of successful integration with all other powers. System's [Analysis] showed that integrating percentages of all other abilities are at or above 70% but I didn't like the odds.
[Affirmative, Integrating 'Adaptability' in 10 seconds...

As soon the counter hit zero, my body started spasming and I was hit with waves of pain. If not for the cloth that I had stuffed in my mouth at the start then I would have probably been shouting and cursing out in pain.
My body turned blueish and I could see my veins bulging, for a sec the pain settled and I got a nasty feeling in my mouth, I ran to the bathroom and went into the tub, and the second I reached there, the dam broke free.
I puked and puked and puked... For God knows how long, I kept spewing black murky, and smelly stuff while my whole body was also releasing black mud-like substances.
It was like a scene straight out of a horror movie. It was a very horrible experience and now I was coughing trying to get the last bits stuck in my throat and mouth out.
[Integration complete]
"Th-that's it? You know what why not I integrate everything left, along with pain immunity first, and get some relief" I said weakly. I was spent and would prefer not to have to endure such pain again. I should have integrated with pain immunity before anything else but I guess I overlooked it in my excitement.
[Starting integrating pain immunity in 5 seconds]
"..."
"Go on then, make me suffer, this will be your last time anyways" I spoke with a chuckle with my mouth and whole body smelling and full of pain.

Another bout of pain started, this time I felt like I had spent centuries in pain and it almost broke me. I guess because the ability affected my nerves, then this one time pain was understandable.

I clicked 'No' with some effort and mentally first activated [Pain Immunity]. Apparently, it was like an "active skill", and I had to think about using it. That's good, I don't want to lose my sense of pain because it's quite important to have a sense of pain sometimes.

And just like that, I don't feel pain anymore but I am still exhausted.

"Ugh...why am I still alive? Just to suffer?"
I woke up, still covered in "impurities" that I expelled earlier and the worst smell that I have ever smelled came to my nose.
"shit! F*** why does this smell so bad goddamit!" I stood straight up in a panic and felt mildly suffocated by the bad smell. I hit the ceiling with my head by the sudden jump and cracked the ceiling I think? Landing back I heard a crack and saw the tub had broken...
"Just great...." If my mom from my previous life was here, I would be dead for breaking a cup, much less a tub...nevermind about that,
"Is this the [Five Senses Boost] ability's doing?" with the knowledge, I found in the back of my mind, on the basic instructions on how to use the ability, I toggled it off.
"Thank god it is like an "active skill" too..." I mutter while checking the cracks that I presume I made due to my new superhuman strength.
"Eh...this superhuman strength doesn't seem superhuman enough though...I am disappointed and my day is ruined..."
I grab the Japanese kitchen knife I nowadays carry with me everywhere and pierced my heart in a single motion. I expected some more effort due to my new improved durability but I guess, it's still the same for me because my strength grew in proportion to my durability.
Wondering such things I died for the second time...
I came back in front of the big screen showing my previous spot where my body dissipated in front of my eyes, leaving behind the sludge of impurities that was stuck on me, "Yes!", I pumped my fist because my test succeeded, anything I feel unwanted is not brought with me to my next respawn. This is good. Wouldn't want to clean all that off me...
I chose a position outside the bathroom and chose to respawn there.
The next second I was outside in all my naked glory...But I am alone in this house so no need to worry...I inspected myself to see that my body is already fully clean and there is now no need for me to take a bath. I go back to my room and grab some underwear and shorts, then go straight to the store room to grab the cleaning supplies. I admit that I have a minor case of OCD. I won't rest until everything is clean in the bathroom, kinda like Monica from Friends...

What followed was 3 hours of dedicated cleaning without break till the bathroom was spotless and the broken tub in the dustbin outside. After being satisfied with my work I went to the second toilet for a shower. Even if I didn't need it I wanted to shower anyways to mentally feel clean.
After the shower while drying myself off, I admired my new body, I now had 6 packs! and firm muscles. I like this...I wouldn't mind admiring these muscles all day, but I need to check out my abilities now.
I quickly dressed up in a black hoodie and jeans along with a black mask and gloves so that my hands don't get dirty and grabbed my knife close to my chest and from below my clothes plunged it deep into my heart...again...
"Haa~ I need to find another way to teleport...." I sigh and disappear from my spot...

Nyxio Sorry for the delay~ I had exams so it was not possible for me to spend time on writing. Writing even 1 chapter takes me about 4 hours, which I can't spare during exam times.
