Riku having seen the true draconic form of the God of the Tensura Universe, Star King Veldanava, can't help but pity Milim since she never got to grow up with either of her parents properly. Not only that but Milim ends up being forced to put down her pet dragon Gaia, her reincarnated father.
Despite all of Veldnava's power he couldn't have possibly failed to make a proper set of rules for the Voice of The World. But in the end him having broken the very rules he made, and being a powerful existence like him who wasn't supposed to reproduce with a weak existence like Lucia, ended up being killed by his own creation.
Just as he was thinking about the fate of Veldanava, that very entity spoke to him.
"LITTLE ONE."
'JESUS CHRIST!!! SHUT UP!!! TONE YOUR SHITTY VOICE DOWN!!!'
However, his words did not reach the dragon because of Riku's own skill, Absolute Outside Interference, which protects his mind from a multitude of effects inclusing telepathy and thought communication unless he want's said being to hear his thoughts.

After their interaction with one another, Riku knew that Veldanava would be able to help him with unsealing some of his skills. Although, he can't just straight up ask someone with a personality and mindset like Veldanava to give him access to skills that can make him destroy countries and cause Earthquakes. Especially when Veldanava doesn't know if Riku is evil or not. Not that it would matter since Veldanava hasn't developed the concept of Good and Evil yet as he only realises this when he sees his crated lifeforms fight and kill one another.
Hence, before that could happen, Riku had talked and held a multitude of conversations with the used-to-be-loud-dragon, in order to establish a relationship between the two, which he succeeded in when Veldanava asked what he should do with his power.
Riku saw this as his chance to get on Veldnava's good side and convinced him to create a world with life in it and to observe them.
He did this, naturally. Otherwise what would have been the point in reincarnating in the Tensura Universe if the world never existed.
After that was done Veldanava saw his creations killing themselves over and over again despite his attempts to prevent them.
Veldanava had gone to Riku asking for what he was doing wrong and how to correct it.
Riku naturally gave small bits of advice so that it can cause the birth of the Tensura world exactly as it was in Cannon.
After Veldanava did this and made world after world after world, did Riku finally ask Veldanava in unsealing his Magicule Breeder Reactor and Creation Lord Ahura Mazda.
Riku immedietly created many useful skills but still can't use most of his Ultimate skills because of Knight_Riku having sealed them beyond the power of even Veldanava.

More time passed in the endless sea of space which both Riku, in his Fox form Inari, and Veldanava was both born in and currently reside.
Veldanava had created the Tensura world finally. He had also met Guy and fought him, fell in love with Lucia and married her.
Of course though, Riku was his best man, or more like best fox...or is it best God…
He also gave his brother-in-law Rudra his Justice King Michael skill after something happened. Riku couldn't remember some of the WebNovel as it had been more over 2 years before his reincarnation since he last read it but could remember a lot of the main plot and interesting parts of it. That's not counting the few hundred…or was it thousands of years it took for Veldavanva to create all the worlds and end up in the present now.

'So…it happens now.'
Riku was currently watching a young 'boy' that strangly looks like a boy with pink hair with blood all over her body, but mostly her hands. He witnessed everything that has happened and will happen while he was perched up on a trees branch about a few thousand metres away waiting for what will happen.
A few moments later a large red beam can be seen where the 'boy' just was.
This was when the one called 'The Destroyer' was born.
Yes that 'boy' was non other then Milim Nava, The Destroyer.
Veldanava had asked Riku to watch over Milim as he was dying on his death bed. Riku, even if he wanted to, could not heal him with is Nirvana Flmes.
Riku naturally promised and did just that and had played with the little girl and Gaia for a long time. Milim would always squeeze him to death. Literally.
Every time Milim would hug him, his body would be crushed until somehow, he was bisected. After Milim learnt of his Immortality, it only got worse.
The little devil would have Gaia eat him alive, she would play with him by throwing him like a 'football' faster than a bullet at the nearest mountain. The mountain would naturally be destroyed…and him along with it.
One time she quite literally lived up to her Ultimate Skill Wrathful King 'SATANAEL', and literally became SATAN himself. She literally cooked him alive, somehow bypassing his flame immunity, and cut him into pieces bit by bit and ate him.
Worst thing was he was fully conscious, felt everything (though no pain but a mild sensation of touch) and didn't heal immedietly upon being injured which he should have been able to given his Nirvana Immortality.
Though he does suspect that Kight_Riku was responsible for it, and for deactivating his fire immunity.
He was brought out of his 'lovely' memories of the past with the young 'Angel' as he heard an explosion.
'Huh..I guess I was daydreaming for a long time. It seems Milim is already attacking that country that messed with her dragon. She's actually going very fast. She'll be a Demon Lord very soon and when that happens Guy and Ramiris will come. I wonder how Ramiris is doing. Haven't talked to her and Guy for a while.'
During all this time, Riku had actually met Ramiris and Guy and had befriended them. And he's got to say that they are actually better then he thought.
Guy was a chill 'guy', no pun intendeded…hehe.
While Ramiris was still mature and sensible as she hasn't had her 'core' corrupted by quenching Milim's rage from her skill Wrathful King Satanael of the Sin Series.
The only change will be her personality into the carefree Ramiris in the series and her appearance changing slightly along with her height. Although every few thousand years she gains enough energy back to transform her appearance to her past looks Pre-Milim's Rage for only a short time. Kind of like Jyggalag/1st Sherogorath and the Greymarch every millennium.
'Now then, I guess I will wait until she becomes a Demon Lord then I can fight her, not like I'll die anyway. Might be kinda fun fighting against 'The Destroyer' at her peak power'
Riku then decided to leave his tree and follow after the Wrathful Milim as she was obtaining more souls from her killing spree.
