Even though it's water, it still hurts. Zack is weak but even he can swim. He was confused about what happened because it was so sudden.
'So dark, I can't even see my hand.'
'Thank goodness I had this in my pocket.'
Zack brought out a magic light ball. It's a ball that will glow for a short time if you hit it.
He continues to roam at the bottom of the hole because there's no way to get back up. While walking, he found a key under his feet.
'There must be other people here stuck too.'
''CoMe HeRe BoY''
He just heard someone calling for him. Normal people would just avoid that voice but Zack is too dumb to even think about it. He stupidly followed the voice without any hesitation.
The voice led him to a giant door. The voice told him to open the door using the key that he found. After a while of looking for the keyhole, the dumb Zack finally found it...
The door opened and there was some kind of creature that look exactly like a human but more terrifying. The creature had been chained by some shiny chain. Zack asked him
"Who are you? And what are you doing here?"
"Why are you chained? What did you do?"
The creature was annoyed by the amount of questions that the dumb Zack asked.
''Can't you see? I'm a demon.''
"Isn't a demon looks like an animal? Why are you look exactly like a human?"
''You're really didn't know anything, did you? I'm a demon, a high-ranking one that's it''
Zack didn't even know that because of his lack of knowledge since he left the academy
without learning a thing.
A high-ranking demon is a powerful demon that can rival even the strongest knight or magician in the world. They were most likely to look exactly like humans.
"Sooo, why are being chained?"
''You don't need to know the details. Now, I want you to unchained me.''
''Just pour magic to the chain and it will be dissolved''
Zack can't even do that since he didn't have any magic. The demon looks at him as if he was an animal. Zack didn't respond since he was used to it.
"At least tell me your name, demon"
''I have no reason to tell you my name since you can't even help me you useless human''
Zack sighed and was about to leave that room but the demon told him not to. Zack was confused and ask him why.
''Boy, you seem to have no talent whatsoever. That weak body of you, what can it even do?''
''DO YOU SEEK POWER?''
"Can you give me one?"
Zack asked the demon with a cold glare. The demon took an interest in him. He told Zack that he can give him his power but on one condition.
"What's the condition?"
''HE HE, the condition is once you mastered this power completely, you have to kill my brother.''
"Why do you want ME to kill him?"
The demon said that it was his brother who sealed him here with this chain. He can't kill his brother since he's stuck with the chain. Zack accepted his offer and the demon just laughed.
''Touch my head and I will transfer you my powers'
Zack touched his head and felt a sinister power flowing into his body. His weak body can't handle the weight of the power so he took off his hand off the demon's head.
''Your body is too weak to even hold 15% of my power.''
''you need to train your body to be able to hold all of my power''
"What can I do to train my body?"
The demon told him to just do exercise. The stronger your body, the more power your body can hold.
Zack never did an exercise before so that's the reason why his body is too weak. From that day, he does some heavy exercise for 2 years straight without doing anything else besides eating.
He uses the stupidly large hole as a trap for wild animals to fall. It's so he can get enough food for 2 years.
"So, what's your name?"
''Remember this well, boy. My name is LUCIFER''
2 years had passed since Zack started his training. His body now isn't as weak as before.
His body now is full of muscle and tough than the average person's. He said he can't do exercises before and how can he do it now?
''It is because of the power in your body that I gave you 2 years ago''
''It gave you strength to even do heavy exercises''
Lucifer appraised his body and said that Zack's body condition now can hold most of his power.
"Just give me all your power and I try to hold it"
''You will die you know''
"Just relax, I got this"
Lucifer hesitated at first but after seeing Zack's confidence, he just pours all of his power into Zack's body.
"AAAARRGGHH!!"
Zack screamed because of the pain that he felt while taking Lucifer's power. But after a while, he calmed down as if he controlled all of the power that Lucifer poured into him.
''You really can hold all my power do you.''
"Of course..."
Zack was too tired after taking Lucifer's power and slept as soon after he's calmed. After an hour, Zack woke up.
"Wow! I felt like I can fight now."
''Yeah right, now try to use my power.''
"Come to think of it, what is your power?"
Lucifer forgot to tell him about it. Lucifer's power comes in three forms like rapid-healing, physical buff and his most scariest one, Materialization.
Materialization is a scary power because it can create literally anything with just your imagination. This one scary power is one of the reason why Lucifer's brother sealed him.
"So you can create anything with just your mind?"
''Yes.''
"What an overpowered power you had there."
Suddenly, Lucifer's body slowly crumbled. Zack was confused and asked what happened.
Apparently, demon's body crumbled and disappeared after losing all of his power. It is the same as dying.
''Listen, boy, after you completely mastered that power, don't ever forget our deal we made 2 years ago.''
"Yes, I promise I will kill your brother."
Lucifer crumbled and disappeared from this world and didn't even say goodbye. They had known each for just 2 years and Zack felt a little sad about Lucifer's death.
'I will always keep our promise, Lucifer.'
It's been 2 years since Zack saw the outside world. He wondered what happened to it now. He used Lucifer's power for the first time to get out of that hole.
"WINGS!"
Wings suddenly appeared at his back. He used it to fly out of the hole. For the first time in two years since he's out.
"Wow, the outside world doesn't change much."
"What do I do now huh?"
He used up all of his brain cells to come up with a plan. After half an hour, he surprisingly got a plan.
