Chapter 5: Chapter 5: Ryan and dragon meet again
[A/N: The Origin of the dragon will be mystery until Ryan reaches a certain threshold and if you want to ask who 'Selene' is then I can't really tell you because you'll know about her if you read a few chapters. I had to put a note here because many of you were confused about it]
"Elijah keep one of them with you and I'll be taking the other one, and please don't stick this up your ass." Ryan said with a slight smile.
"I told you, I won't do it." Elijah said while Ryan waved at him before leaving his room.
"Wait for me, I'll drop you home." Eli said before he too left his room.
On his way back, Ryan didn't talk too much, Elijah found this weird but he decided to give him some time.
After reaching home Ryan took out a spare key from his pocket, and opened the door and went inside, he didn't linger around too much and went straight towards the bathroom to take a shower, after taking his sweet time washing off the sweat, he wiped his body with a dry towel and looked towards the mirror, he realised he had a disgustingly huge grin on his face.
'Awakening huh, So I am destined to have a shitty life.... only if I gain something from this' Ryan thought.
"Okay then, it's time to kiss my normal life goodbye." Ryan said while picking up his pouch and leaving the bathroom, he took slow steps towards his room because he knew, that once he goes inside, he won't come out as a human again, but alas he can't move like a turtle, he entered his room and wore a grey coloured short and plopped on his bed, after murmuring some shit, which only he could understand, Eventually his fatigue kicked in and he slowly drifted to dreamland.
"So I am back." Ryan said in an amused tone as he was standing at the same place.
"Do you know how much I missed you?" he heard a familiar deep voice.
"You did?, scaly bitch." Ryan looked at the dragon and spouted a bunch of blasphemous terms, the dragon couldn't take it so he released some kind of aura which made Ryan stop his melody.
"Now then, shall we start?" After saying this the dragon smacked Ryan with his tail, which made him fly a few a hundred metres until he crashed on an invisible wall. Ryan's elbow broke on impact, he screamed "Ahhhhh....I thought we were friends, why are you attacking me?"
"That's some nice joke, I don't remember us being friends, not like I would consider a weakling like you my friend." The dragon let out a sneer.
'Fuck he won't listen to me, well I'll just wait until I die here, so I can wake up. After All this is a dream.' Ryan thought, but he couldn't have been more wrong about it, because what the dragon said shocked him to the core.
"Oh and don't think that it will be over if you die here because dying here means complete annihilation for you, and I'll take over your body, and what was that girl's name....."Ah now I remember 'Selene', after you die, I'll completely devour her, from head to toe, I would lying if I say, I don't lust for her." The dragon grinned viciously.
"Don't you dare lizard, I'll skin you alive..pheh." Ryan said while spitting blood, his eyes full of rage, but alas rage without power is just childish tantrum, the dragon didn't give him much time to recover and plunged at him with his jaw open, Ryan didn't wait for his death and moved out from the dragon's reach before it was too late.
"So you can actually move, I am surprised." The dragon said as if trying to hold his laughter.
"I can attack too, wrinkly ass!" Ryan said while he jumped towards the dragon and aimed for his left eye, but before he could attack, the dragon saw him and lifted his head up, and because of his height Ryan couldn't reach him and fell down on his ass.
"Nice try but too wasteful, you could've gained some distance if you didn't waste your time, trying to plan an attack which had less than 10% chance of success, what cunning nature you have if you can't think properly while facing danger, this just gives me more of a reason to take over your body, you weak shit!" the dragon said before sending him flying.
The dragon didn't wait this time and launched himself upward and flew towards him, after reaching near him, the dragon smacked him repeatedly, until most of the bones in his body broke.
"Please stop." Ryan said, the pain he felt in his body was unbearable, every inch of his body was crying for help, but there was no one who could listen to his plea.
"Already crying for help, I hope now you know, that you are not ready for the dangers coming your way, so give up your body, I'll do everything for you, you will have no responsibilities to take, no promises to fulfil, You will pass on without feeling pain, remorse, anger, hell you won't feel anything, I can give you freedom from this life." The dragon urged him.
'Yes! this scaly bastard is right, he can do everything for me.' Ryan couldn't help but consider it.
"Ryan we don't have much time, say yes and I'll take away all your worries." Dragon said, trying to lower his tone, but his voice was not the type to get softer, so he failed miserably, Ryan didn't miss this and started laughing "Hahahahahaha...look at yourself, you look like some drug dealer trying to lure kids, how desperate are you to act like this?"
"So you won't give up?, fine then, JUST DIE!'' The dragon roared and attacked Ryan again and again, without stopping, sometimes his face, sometimes even his little brother, sometimes threatening to kill his loved ones but what was Ryan's reaction to that you ask?..... of course he was laughing like a maniac.
The dragon started feeling pity towards him, but he didn't stop attacking even for a second. Ryan endured all of the dragon's beating, the dragon got tired and finally stopped attacking him.
"Why don't you give up Ryan?" The dragon asked in fury.
"Heh....I won't, why don't you suck my dick while you are at it?" Ryan mocked him
"Sigh...then you leave me no choice." The dragon said monotonously.
"Do it bitch, let me see you try." Ryan said while showing him his middle finger, the dragon didn't take this well, he roared and shot black flames from his mouth, the flames were chaotic and wild in nature, ready to burn Ryan to a crisp, but suddenly a black sword with golden runes on its hilt, shining brilliantly, slashed the indomitable flame into two, the sword then released a sonic wave which caused the dragon to cover his ears, but surprisingly only the dragon was suffering from it.
The sword flew towards Ryan and landed on his right hand, Ryan saw this and smiled
'At Least this sword helped me, that weird flame looked dangerous.'
"So these metal scraps finally reacted to something, I never thought that it would move on its own when you are in danger, so this fight ends here?....fine I'll accept you, my reason for fighting you was you not being ready to take on things which this universe has in store for you.
"I will tell you my name again, if this time you don't hear it, I'll definitely kill you even if I need to sacrifice my own body." The dragon said with a dangerous glow in his eyes.
"My name is Kaelestis, I hope you'll remember it Ryan because from now this is not my name but ours." The dragon said with a smile and it's body started breaking down into silver particles, which slowly moved towards Ryan, getting absorbed in his body, soon a warm feeling surrounded his body and he saw memories, memories belonging to the dragon, the dragon was in his thought sea from his birth, if the dragon wanted, he could've taken over his body when he was a mere child, it watched him, laughed at him, cried when he cried, envy, rage and every feeling one could think of the dragon felt it too, that dragon was with him even before his parents found him on their doorsteps.
After watching this, Ryan cried, after a very long time, he didn't bother with the fact that he was abandoned because if his real parents didn't abandon him he wouldn't have met the people he loved and cared for.
"Kaelestis!, I'll remember you friend, I promise." Ryan said, weeping silently, even while fighting Ryan the dragon was holding back his tears.
"You sacrificed your life for me, I can't waste it crying." Ryan said, standing up, he wiped his eyes, his sadness turned into rage but this time rage with authority, he walked towards the weapons and said "You bastards were here but never responded to him, all of you are guilty as much as me, if not more. I don't need you useless pieces of shits."
Ryan couldn't help but blame the weapons who according to Kaelestis were all self aware and trying to keep watch on him. Kaelestis was like a lonely child who had knowledge that far surpasses humans. Ryan inherited some part of his memories that would probably be of use to him. Ryan even found out that two of them were guaranteed to be traitors according to Kaelestis's observation.
"Sword! Come to me." He said monotonously, the sword didn't linger around and came towards him and landed on his hand, he grabbed it and said while pointing towards the weapons "I know that most of you are not here, but mere projections of your original counterparts, so I'll let you guys go, but you dagger and bitchy whip, both of you will perish tonight."
