Annastasia von helios lived in a secluded part of an old run down town in the far west of Veiland. The town had very few citizens each of whom was closely connected too their community. Annastasia and Thomas were seen as the outcasts of the small town.
Astral woke up too his mother's embrace. His hair was no longer glowing, nor pulsing with electricity but kept its snow white colour. this was surprising towards his parents because having unnaturally coloured hair at birth was often associated with natural phenomenon known in the kingdom 'as mana births.' however unlike Astrals case their hair would turn a natural colour and lose its magical properties after a couple days.
His mother, Anna decided that she wouldn't worry about his hair colour as it wasn't that important, she had far nore pressing things to worry about.
Annastasia von Helios is a frail young women and Thomas's partner. She was in every way a beautiful woman, so much so that a simple minded man might just fall head over heels for her. This was the case for Thomas, she had dark violet hair which would reach to her lower back, she carried a friendly nature and always wore a smile. her eyes carried an Amber hue which had a strong contrast with her dark hair colour and made it seem like she could kill with just her glance.
Astral was currently 3 weeks old but his growth was inhumanly quick, he didn't cry often and seemed to even u.derstamd what his parents would say to him. if he was told it was time for bed, he would fall asleep. If he woke up early he wouldn't wake his parents, but instead give them untill they woke up normally.
Anna and Thomas had realised their child was abit abstract. And they called for the Docter of the small town.
"This child is a freak!"
The doctor who was staring at the family of 3 with disgust exclaimed.
"I've never seen such a horrific case of mana overload in my 30 years of expertise."
Thomas was outraged and hurriedly asked the doctor to leave. Anna stared in disbelief at the sight of a person they hardly knew, berating their newborn child as if he had seen a disgusting hybrid. Neither Thomas nor Anna knew what to do with themselves. they decided amongst themselves to keep Astral sheltered from the world out of fear of his rejection.
