October tenth was a day of celebration, of festivities, and one of mourning. Six years ago the Yondaime Hokage gave his life for the Village Hidden in the Leaves, Konohagakure no Sato, in sealing away the nine tails demon fox.
Everyone knew that he had sealed it away into one Uzumaki Naruto, and the majority of the villagers as well as the Shinobi despised him and did their utmost to get rid of him one way or another. It was a repeating occurrence, but most especially on the anniversary of the bijuu's defeat.
One such occurrence was currently happening. ANBU were already on top of the situation, Dog aka Kakashi Hatake and Weasel or Itachi Uchiha had stopped the torture and summoned assistance. Weasel took it upon himself to deliver everyone that they had stopped to Ibiki, while Dog had rushed Naruto off to the hospital, hoping to save the jichuriki from dying. Once he had turned the young man over to one of the doctors, he shunshined to the Hokage's office to report.
"Hokage-sama Naruto was attacked again, He seemed to have suffered lethal injuries this time" Kakashi said
"Will he be able to make it" the hokage asked worriedly
"I am actually not sure hokage sama, his lungs are extensively damaged by one of the broken ribs" Kakashi answered
"Come on let's go see him" Hokage said
They arrived at the hospital and asked about Naruto's condition. The medic replied that Naruto's chances of survival are not good and even kyuubi's chakra seems to be unable to help him.

It is quite a scene here currently,
everybody was rushing here and there trying to save naruto due to the fear of the hokage.
While there was young naruto on the bed with various cuts, bruises, a huge chunk of his flesh missing on his left leg.
"Sir his pulse rate is fainting," a medic min said to the head doctor
"Noo use your chakra to stabilise him" the doctor replied
"Sir there is no pulse, he is dead," the medic said somewhat happy in his heart that the demon died.
The head medic rubbed his head thinking how he will explain this to the hokage,
After a few seconds, he replied
"Let me check again just for confirmation"
He checked the pulse rate and found a barely noticeable one
"You fool he is still alive, you cannot even check someone's heart rate with chakra correctly. Are you a medic nin or what. I will deal with you later, everyone on to the work again we cannot let him die" he scolded
"Sir his condition is rapidly stabilizing" a medic min said somewhat astounded
"It looks like the nine tails is able to heal it's jailor again" the head replied in relief
While the head doctor thinks it was the medic nin's mistake in reading naruto's pulse. But no one not even the kyuubi knows that naruto uzumaki is indeed dead and in his place is the soul of our new protagonist Drake Ross.
