School was disastrous especially for the year three students. The whole corridor was filled with cries and sighs of relief. Those who were promoted could be seen either shedding tears of joy or chatting happily.
Those whom were to be dropped..well what do you expect?
Kyle was among the students whose performance was incredible. Jason's score wasn't that bad either, his score could be placed above average.
"Guess we'll be seeing more of each other" Kyle said after going through Jason's score which was displayed on the schools billboard.
"I guess...get over it never thought I'd pass right..?" Jason said smiling
Kyle was about to answer that question but was immediately interrupted by a scream.
"So he passed huh?" Kyle said as if he's fears had just become reality
"I heard he's smart too?" Jason said
"Hey let's go get something to eat, am starving." Kyle said ignoring Jason's question
Currently Rye was jumping letting out a whoop or two every now and then..
"Command school here I come baby..whooooo"
After school, the students went home. some went to celebrate or so. Those who got promoted were to report to school the following day to be briefed before their departure to command school.
Kyle's mom was indeed happy for the news, Layla too. Jason's aunt was nevertheless happy, infact she was proud. Proud of her brilliant nephew who now was going to command school. How she wished her dear sister was alive to witness this moment..
