Chapter 2: Genius Aaron
Eight years later....
Aaron is 10 years already,his mom and dad mostly traveled around the earth for businesses..but he has his nanny Rose,and his mom sometimes forfeit her job for him..he never lacked anything,all he wanted was close to him...most of his class mate jealous him while the little girls in his class wants to be Aaron little kitty, he was handsome ,even his teacher wish to have a child like him..but Aaron never had that attitude of a spoilt child,he was intelligent,smart and brave...
its been two weeks his dad traveled for a business meeting with some investors in Germany,while his mom who was 7 month pregnant just traveled two days ago..Rose has been caring for him all this while,sometimes Anita hate herself for not able to fulfill her promise.
Aunty Rose,next week I am representing my school in science competition..I wish mom and dad can show up...Aaron said as he buried his head in his meal..
oh! my sweet boy...don't worry,I'm sure if I call your mom and told her about it,she will be there..Rose said as she smile sitting close to Aaron..
really aunty Rose...Aaron looked at his nanny as he smile to what she said,
I will be very happy if mommy show up..he said as he drank his orange juice..
Two days later..
Aaron was in the garden trying to solve some puzzle,he's not like other kids that plays with toys,he like educational challenges and he's very good in science.
is my boy not a genius?..A deep voice talk at the entrance of the garden....
Aaron was so engraved in his puzzle that he didn't know his father have been watching him for a while..
Aaron..William called his son as he walked close to him.
Aaron heard his name as he raised his head to look at the owner of the voice..
Dad!Omg!!..Aaron ran and hug his father..
Dad when did you come back?,I didnt know you were back..
yea,I came 2hrs ago,I missed you and your mom so much..
common dad..I missed you more,did you know how it felt for you guys not to be there on my open day at school..It was hard and sad dad,seeing other children with their parent and me was just aunty Rose trying to help me..it was hard dad...Aaron said as he sat down back on his chair....
I'm sorry son..I'm really sorry,you know business here and there...I even hate myself sometimes,I want to be part of your life,I want to also said I contributed but its not easy son..we ain't like other every Nigerian family,we are fighter's and survivers..I'm really sorry....Williams hug his son as tears drop from his eyes..he didnt want this life for his family,he didn't want them to keep running thats why he is trying to lay a strong foundation for his family outside the country..
Dad!Dad!...are you crying?Aaron asked his father as he heard him subbing at his back...
no...no..I'm just,trying to remove something from my eyes son..Williams said trying to cover his eyes..
common dad I'm not a kid...alright I'm Ten years old but I'm not a child..
I know..my boy is a genius..my genius Aaron...William smiles as he try to clean the still droping tears....
Dad I have a science competition in three days to come,I hope you and mom will be there..
sure..I will be around for a month..
omg!really Dad..we are going to have a lot of fun dad..I missed you..
He hugged his father again..

Anita who traveled for a week business contract with her sales company has to go back home because her sons competition is in three days time..
madam the partners have already sign the contract we got it...her secretary said in joy
I don't know what I'm paying you guys for,you can't deceive common white man to sign a contract,allowing heavy me to leave home and travel all the way to Philippine..its not nice oo
we are sorry ma...her secretary gave her apology look..
they really tried talking to the man but he insisted for their boss to assure him before he can sign the contract..
Have you booked my flight home?..Anita asked as her secretary arranged the cushion with pillows for her to sit..
yes ma'am....its 5am tomorrow...
Good...I can't wait to meet my family..she yawned lazily as she drank her juice..
