Chapter 10: Missing
She felt a chill run down her spine and try to lock her car but to no avail. Her fingers trembled like crazy. But she heard a voice speaking and saying ''Don't be scared I won't hurt you.'' The voice was... mesmerizing and when she turned her eyes to the source of the voice, she was pretty sure that her jaw dropped to the floor.
The silhouette! It wasn't a mere round formed one anymore but now a silhouette of a woman but she was still scared. And mostly scared because of the voice and sentence that came from it. Those are the exact same things somebody who wanted to hurt her will say.
But in the blink of an eye, she was taken out of her car, a silvery hand holding her in place.
''You need to come with me.'' The voice coming from the silhouette spoke again.
''Wait... what's going on? And why should I come with you? And who are you in the first place?" Roxy asked confused and scared.
''I promise to explain everything to you but not here. We need to leave now. You are in great danger. This place isn't safe for you again to stay.''
''Huh?" Was all she could say right now and the owner of the voice sighed.
''A couple of witches want you dead Roxane... But I am here to save you because if you die, my brother will go mad. Really mad.'' She explained.
''Witches, brother wait... What are you talking about?" It became weird. And she was about to ask another question, when the silvery glow surrounded her face and within seconds, she fell asleep and both she and the silhouette disappeared leaving her car there open, and silvery dust covering the area.

The next morning.
Julie was panicking. She searched the entire mansion but there was absolutely no trace of Roxy. She hasn't even realize that she went out of the house last night. It was already lunch time now and she hasn't returned yet. She called Marcus to ask him if she was with him and he said no. They all got worried and Marcus came rushing with Trey to her mansion and they called the cops.
Among all of them, Marcus was feeling more distressed than ever. He remembered what she told him last night. 'I am done. We are done. You'll never get to see me again because it is too much for me to handle.'
Thinking that she must have committed suicide, his entire being shook. If she died, he didn't know how he will handle it. But he would definitely go mad. That was for sure. He couldn't handle it. It was all because of him. His selfishness and his pride. She was right all along. He never cared to ask her what she wanted and instead took decisions for her. And now, here they were. He just braced himself for what was about to come hoping deep within him that she was still alive and waiting to be saved before anything else more grave than that happened.
Suddenly, the fixed phone on the table rang and they looked at each other. They new for sure that it was the cops calling back and that they had news for them. But were they bad news or good news?
Julie stretched her trembling hand, took the phone and picked up the call. When she hung up, she had a worry look on her face.
''They said that they found her car... But no trace of her.'' She said with a shaken voice. ''Her car...'' She proceeded ''Was found in the forest.''
There was only one forest found in Cityville. ''We need to go.'' But before she could step out, Trey held her.
''You can't possibly go out with a bath robe will you?" He asked with a raised brow and she looked down at herself and she also realized that she didn't have any underwear on.
''I'll go change.''She said and then rushed to her room while Marcus stood up and said. ''I am going first. You wait for her.'' Saying that he left before Trey could say anything.
He rush to his car and drove at full speed. His hands were tightly holding the steering wheel, his knuckles turning white and his blue eyes now turning bloody red with his fangs elongating.
''Where ever you are...'' He said in a low growl . ''I will find you even if you are in the depths of hell I. Will. Find. You.' And you better be safe and waiting for me. Because if you get hurt,'' he shook his head making Tsk sounds then took a sudden turn.
