Chapter 4: FOLLOWING WENT WRONG

Sara told them, "You know Lisa's girls' gang? Some of them got caught up with some nu*e videos. Those videos are now all over the internet. This is also creating a huge mass on our group."
June and Ryan got shocked.

"They were those bullies, right?" said Ryan to June. "For whom you were suspended for 3 months?"
Sara shockingly said, "What!! Why?!"
June replied, "Yeah, they broke my father's watch."
"So she broke their legs with hockey sticks.." Ryan shrugged and said.
"Wow," Sara was amazed and seemed speechless.
After that, they did some plans and some chit-chatting then went home to make themselves ready for the next day.
[Meanwhile on the other side]
In a messy medium-sized room, a table is settled in a corner of the room, 7p.m according to the table clock. Coffee is cooling in a corner of her table, steam is visual clearly in the flash of the lamp. However, she is running her hands as fast as she can on her laptop. Honey blonde hair is top knotted, and a mole on her collar bone can be seen because of the oversized t-shirt. Suddenly her phone started ringing. A boy speaks from the other side with a mellifluous voice more than a girl, "Hi, Eva...," he continued, "I tried to get the info but I didn't notice anything special. I couldn't able to break the password but I got some file copy from the office..."
He suddenly started stammering and got all flushed saying, "So..are we.. meeting tomorrow?"
She replied without caring about his sweet voice,
"Did you get the recent thing that got viral?"
"Yeah..abo--" he said. But before he could finish she said, "Yeah, right. Some of those girls are popular among the basketball group that I am in charge of now. My intuition says something will definitely happen tomorrow. I have to be there... So Noah will be there to check those files with you."
"Oh..ok.." he said.
Maybe, if he had a choice to replace one of his organs with another, he would rather replace his sweetest tone with a handsome face than this childish cute face. Because his theory says, Eva is not responding to his efforts toward her because of his baby face.
[Next day]
The sun is smiling full-heartedly above the sky. But the cafeteria staffs are too busy to maintain their smile. The versity cafeteria can not be less than a theatre. Because it contains daily news and live dramas every day. Most of the students are used to it. They come here to entertain themselves from the tough schedule. So it is the most popular place in the versity area until the closing time. But this cafeteria shares a lot of stories in and around itself. Among those stories, the most common is some people's public ego. These egos are more than the original. And the weak ones are basically their target to serve them and the strong but lonely ones are to show of their power. Some people will do justice against those and will hurt their so-called ego. These are now normal fictions for the students as they are so used to them. Aside from those people, there are also some people doing other businesses. Two boys are sitting next to each other and two girls are sitting next to each other at a table behind those boys. According to the settings, those girls can see them while the boys can't.
The first boy says to the other, "I'm sorry. I couldn't able to copy all of them...because if I had stayed for a while, I would have been caught.
The other one says, "It's ok...but..do you know those girls??"
"Who?" the first one says.
"Those who are sitting behind us..that clingy (Sara) and boastful (June) once.
The first one takes a glance behind them.
"No," said the first. "I don't know them."
"Then why are they following you?" said the other.
"What?" said the first.
[The other side]
"I think they are doubting us," said June. "You shouldn't have given an intense glance. And why did you insist to sit exactly behind them? We should have sat farther."
"Why are you blaming me," said Sara. "Is it my fault that they are sitting next to my favourite spot?"
"Tsk, you....," June got annoyed. "Forget it."
Sara wanted to say something but before that June spoke, "They are leaving... let's move..," she looked at Sara with making an annoyed face and said, "And remove that sus look from your face, please.."
Sara made a disapproving face and followed as she has to. While they were following them Noah and Owen stopped before the building's entrance. So June and Sara hide behind the wall.
"Why did they stop here?" June wondered.
"Maybe one of them needs to pee..," said Sara.
"Tsk, Saraa..." said June in a warning tone with an annoyed reaction.
Suddenly an appearance cheerfully greeted them from behind, which lead them to a massive shock that they barely resisted themselves from jumping, "Hi, June," a boy greeted, "Long time no see."
They turned to the source of the voice and saw a light wavy fringed red hair boy showing his teeth wearing a bright smile with a face which was now confused after seeing them so nervous. June says dimly to that person, "L-Liam, what are you doing here?"
"I saw you both were sneaking around all the way from the computer science department," he said. "So I was curious."
"What?" said Sara. "You were following us?"
"Yeah," he said with smiling eyes. "It was fun..."
June left speechless and annoyed. "You didn't find anyone besides us?" June mumbled. "Why us of all people!!"
"It should be our question..," a jovial voice came from the back. "Don't you think?"
Both of them became chilled.
[June's POV]
{Even though that was a very intense first impression of us, where you can say we were the prey and they were the predator. But his dominant and stabler eye didn't pass out of my sight. There was nothing special about him for me at that time. But if I were to say about his appearance then indeed, he was handsome. Black hair and deep brown eyes. At that time, his sharp glance, as if he would make a hole inside your soul just by his sight. If ever they become soft it's enough to fall for any girl to him. But more than that I saw something in his appearance and I still don't know what is that. Well, whatever it is, I can say there was an unseen barrier between us just every time. From the first day to the last...}
