"Are you from Konoha?" asked Madara.
"No, I belong to neither Konoha nor Iwagakure, I am a rogue ninja. Even if either of the villages perishes, I would not care. Rather I hope they fight more fiercely so that I can gain what I desire." Yoru stated his goal with an indifferent tone.
At this moment, he looked at the seemingly dead Obito.
"You an outsider want to get your hands on the blood of the Uchiha."
"Oh please, I am sure you don't care about such kind of thing. If you really cared about family then you would be fighting Iwagakure and protecting the Uchihas. No, it should be said, with your ability, becoming Hokage is not a big deal. So, the only reason you are here right now is that you don't give a damn about them."

Madara then told about the eye of the moon plan, the collection of the tailed beast, casting infinite Tsukuyomi on the moon, and creating a dream world where everyone will be happy.
Although the plan devised by Madara is a bit extreme, Humans like to dream so living in a world where everything goes according to one's own wishes sounds very pleasant.
