Chapter 54: New friends and failure in the plan
Accompanied by pleasant female laughter Yujiro and I stopped a few meters away from the four unidentified ladies, although I remember having seen them in some anime in my previous life I am very bad at remembering names. In particular, the white-haired lady seemed to me to have seen her in a martial arts anime.
After Yujiro and I approached her laughter stopped abruptly and after an awkward moment of silence the one I considered the most cheerful started a very interesting conversation. After introducing ourselves and knowing our identities it turned out that the four ladies were not together and had just met.

Slim and with short silver hair, along with an intimidating look I have to say they researched my tastes very well. According to the introduction of these two ladies, they are renegade mercenaries from their countries who came to this place in search of employment from some local militia.
For group number two Maya Natsume with white hair very tall and well developed carries a sword and various fighting instruments, and Yoko Litter with flame-red hair and a large sword.
According to their presentation, they come from families that are dedicated to the development of martial arts that have been friends for decades and as they were bored of staying all the time at home they made a trip around the world trying to perfect their skills passing through dangerous places.
They mentioned that they met just two days ago when Natsume and Yoko had a dispute with some local soldiers who were trying to take advantage of them and Canaan who was an ex-cop could not stand what was happening so she ended up forcing Neil to help them causing them to meet and become friends afterward.
The four of them were looking for exciting battlefields to participate in so I mentioned that we were going to head to an area full of interesting people who had kidnapped an acquaintance.
I think at the time of introductions I knew how Yujiro found out about Neil's plans in the anime. The moment he said his name along with Canaan we both could feel the malice emanating from them directed towards us. After looking at us and smiling a little we ignored the plans they may have, in some cases conspiracies and plans can never be against the real force.
As I already had an idea of Neil and Canaan's objective we started to talk with Natsume and Yoko, personally, in my previous life, I was always interested in martial arts as fighting anime were always my favorite. I wondered if in this world with the existence of extraordinary powers martial arts could do the things I saw in the anime in my old world.
During the talking, Natsume mentioned that not all martial arts are the same since some were created to help people while others are just to prolong life. He told us that the country with the highest number of martial arts is China followed by Japan.
He also mentioned that there are very powerful people who practice martial arts but that there was a tragedy 5 years ago in the Chinese martial arts circle because very strong people arrived during an exchange of the Chinese Government with an Empire in one of the new continents and they proposed an exchange in which many very strong people died during their exchange.
Natsume has a very cheerful character while Yoko is usually more reserved but full of curiosity they are curious about how strong we are since we are very tall and our muscles are somewhat developed. During these two months, Yujiro and I took on a somewhat wild atmosphere with our hair down to our waists and all the fights we had.
