Chapter 2: First Encounter
Shen Xi was a beautiful kid with skin that was whiter than snow, her long black hair reaching her waist and red cherry lips. She was born premature, two months before the original month.
Shen Xi dressed up in a white shirt and blue skirt as her new uniform, she wore her white socks and white canvas. Since she was young, her mom held her backpack and lunch box for her. she followed her mom and siblings into the car.
"Mommy I love school" she spoke up in a sweet voice
Ning Nu smiled at her daughter and turned to the twins.
"You two, make sure to take care of your Lil'sis okay?"
"Yes mommy" they echoed and giggled.
"And stop being notorious"
"Yes mommy"
Soon the driver arrived at the school gate and Ning Nu carried Shen Xi while the twins carried her bags. They walked to the principal's office and they were introduced to her teacher.
This was the first time Shen Xi was departing from her mother so she cried a bit.
"Don't worry mommy will come to pick you up soon" The kindergarten teacher assured her
The cute girl nodded her head in response and followed quietly behind the teacher. The teacher soon arrived in the classroom with a tiny girl hiding behind her. The noisy class immediately calmed down after seeing the teacher.
"Attention" the teacher clapped her hands to draw the attention of all students" we have a new student here, let her introduce herself"
Shen Xi shyly walked from behind the teacher and spoke up" My name is Shen Xi, I am three years old. Please take care of me"
Ning Nu had told the teachers to not expose Shen Xi's identity but the teacher knew so she dared not offend her.
"Shen Xi where would you like to seat?" the teacher asked softly.
Shen Xi pointed at the seat at the back and walked over to sit down.
The name of this kindergarten was Mateo garden.
Shen Xi noticed that her partner's seat was empty since morning. Soon the bells rang and a teacher shouted.
"Shen Xi your mother has come to pick you up"
Shen Xi took her things and ran outside toward her mother"Xixi over here" she heard her mother calling and ran to hug her.
"Mommy" she cried out with joy
"Darling how was school, did you have fun?"
"Yes but my partner didn't come"
"Okay let's wait for your siblings"
Soon the twins arrived and they jumped into the car.
Shen Xi told them everything that happened at school and even demonstrated how her teacher walked.
The twins giggled and laughed whiles talking about how they played a prank on a teacher to Shen Xi.
"Hey what are you two doing, teaching your little sister how to play pranks"
She smacked their heads.
The next morning...
Shen Xi entered the class and walked to her seat, a few minutes later she felt someone tapping her shoulder from behind. She turned to see a girl who seemed a bit older than her.
"Hello I am Wang Pe, your classmate"
"I'm Shen Xi"
"I can see you don't have any friends, can I be your friend?"
"Sure"
Wang Pe sat by her and they started learning before the teacher walked in. When the teacher walked in and saw how serious the two were she smiled.
