Alpha Mills was seated in his chamber, his legs settled down on the desk with a bottle of a very heavy alcoholic liquor placed beside a glass cup. The dark circles beneath his eyes made one know he lost sleep last night and was drinking to sober himself, something he stopped for a very long time since he lost his mate and has never done in years, till now.

All because he lost Avril.

The searching of Avril was still going on since last night but all the efforts they tried in finding her were futile, as there wasn't even a single trail or trace of Avril that was found. Even getting her scent was hard, it was as if she used a secret magical spell to hide her scent and disappear.
