Chapter 21: Get along!
"Buns are life and you are not allowing him to eat one. How....controlling".
" Am I? I wonder? Well, even I am controlling it doesn't change the fact that bread could cause Kazu kun unimaginable and treacherous diseases".
"Trech...eh what? Anyway buns are not regular bread. They are blessing bestowed by gods to us lowly humans. And unfortunately your Kazu kun and even you come under that category ".
Right now on a peaceful terrace where the lovely weather was shining upon the earth, could be seen two people arguing with each other. And another pair of people were watching the show while eating their respective meals.
The common thing among both of them was that these two people were the most treasured being in my life.
As the lunch break arrived, Kunimi dashed toward and invited me to buy bread and we even bought it, before Kayo arrived in the classroom from her student council brief duties.
The argument started and continued all the way up to the school top. Me and Sayo san were eating lunch which we brought. Well, mine was the one that Tsubaki made. It was delicious no doubt.
And on our other hand was a piece of sweet bun which we bought earlier. Spicy yet healthy food blended with the sweetness of bread was good to the tongue.
The drama went for another minute before I stood up after wiping my hand and went behind Tsubaki. She didn't notice me as she was busily contradicting Kunimi's grumble.
Her face was bright red because of the high tone she was using and the way she was feeling agitated over such a not-so-important topic.
I held her shoulder and immediately pulled her toward me.
" Eh? Ka-Kazu kun?" She instantly went silent as well my friend.
"I understand your concern and I won't eat it again however buns are something with which I and Kunimi share our past . So I will have it once in a while. Kay?" She didn't reply for a moment but in the end, just said "O-Okay if you say so".
" Problem solved now come and eat your lunch". I gave a nod to Kunimi which he very well knew what was about and in return, he gave me a creepy grin.

'I hate that guy.' I grumbled. I don't like the friend of my Kazu kun for various reasons.
He urges my Kazu kun to do various weird stuff. He always. He always suggests eating something unhealthy.
And most important...
.....He gets a whole lot of attention from him and it's not ACCEPTABLE!
But I couldn't do anything about him for two reasons.
First, the things he supplies every now and then were precious to me and I couldn't bear to lose them. Knowing that there were bitches who could snatch that material away, I had to make my move first.
The second reason. Kazu kun truly cares for him. I know how much Ichihara kun matters to my beloved and how much they have spent together, am jealous a bit here about it tho, I couldn't just make him vanish.
Kazu kun would become sad and dejected if it were to happen. More to it if he got to know who did this, then...
'No, I can't. I shouldn't. I shook my head as I continued walking on the street beside my love. Our arms were linked as we walk, not like morning when I was all over him. I knew he was embarrassed and I felt bad for it. But I had to show the world, whom does Kazu kun, belongs to.
"What happened Tsubaki?" He asked caringly.
I love how much he notices my small gestures and reactions.
"Mm-mm. It's nothing. Just thinking about the day". I gave him my best reassuring smile.
" Are you still troubled because of Kunimi?" His grip tightened on my arm instinctively, and I felt my body jolting all of a sudden.
"A-ah..no it's not like that". Due to sudden intimacy, I shuddered only a few words which I guess Kazu kun misinterpreted.
" I know I can't force your liking to someone but I want you to get along with Kunimi. He is the only person who has seen in my different phases. You know when my parents left me, he was willing to withdraw his F.D to support me. He really cares for me regardless he acts." He said with a longing smile which he haven't shown me before.
I clutched my other hand but didn't let my expression change.
"If you want that then I will gladly do that. I will try to befriend Ichihara kun and get along with him. " My heart was little aching seeing Kazu kun caring for his friend so much but I have to take my steps carefully now.
I felt Kazu kun's gaze on me, turning my head I saw him staring at me with a slight frown. His steps always slowed by a little and his grip on my hand became rigid to the point it could be considered unbreakable.
"Kazu kun?" I tilted my head slightly to ask what suddenly happened? Well, I liked how he held me tho.
"U-uh. It's okay if you dont push yourself. From another perspective it doesn't seem that bad how things are, right now". My heart skipped a beat as I realized what it was all about.
"Kazu kun. By any chance are you jeal~ous?" My inner self kicked in for a second but the look on my Kazu kun was priceless.
His face was so red and so cutteeeee...
"Wh-what are you spouting. Of course not. Let's go." He started walking in a little rush while keeping his crimson face straight. A picture of him would be perfect right now, but unfortunately, I couldn't.
'A tsundere Kazu kun is really cute. Do I have to pay for this? It's only exclusive to me, right? ' I was happy to discover a new side of Kazu.
Realizing what brought this new side, a grin formed on my face...
'Should I give a glimpse of my darker side to Kazu kun?'.
