Summer has ended and here I am again in school. I am taking no interest in seeing people that I don't care for. I have to ride a bus with people I don't like. I have to speak to random people. I don't want to be apart of this anymore.
The whole cycle of school is intolerable. Maybe one morning I will wake up and never have to go to school. Sadly that's not going to happen. That's not the type of life I live. Unfortunately this is reality and as a teenager that's difficult.
I have to worry about tests, grades, and college. I just wanna be free and do what I want. Why can't life be like that. Why can't I just be like that. Just onc… "Libby it's time to wake up. Breakfast is on the table."
"Great another dream ruined by school."
I get ready as quick as I can to only realize I miss the bus. "Why on the first day of school does this happen."
"Did you miss the bus Libby?", replied mom.
"Yes can I have a ride to school today."
"Sure you can, do you want to drive?"
"No it's ok mom, thanks for the offer though."
"Ok well give me a minute and I'll take you."
After ten minutes Libby's mom is finally ready and takes her to school. "Hey thanks for taking me to school."
"Of course sweetie. I'll see you later."
"Ok bye mom."
When I enter the classroom I see two people I recognize, Charlie and Ray. Luckily for me I sit next to Ray and one other guy. I don't know who he is nor have I seen him in school. Me and Ray start talking, we haven't talked since fourth grade so it was nice. After a while class started and we stopped talking.
I was sitting in between Ray and the other guy. Ray looked like he knew who he was. Me? I was still trying to figure that out. After a couple of minutes I figure out his name was Nino. He was tall with brown hair.
I start talking to him about our assignment and getting answers from him. When class ended I stopped talking to him and went to second hour. There I saw two of my very close friends, Kaidence and Summer. I was so happy about this and knew it would be a great year. After about an hour class ended and off I went to third hour.
There I found my friend Flynn who was just hanging out with last year. We talked for a little then class started. My teacher talked about a presentation that he put together. It was pretty boring to be honest.
When that class was over finally you can guess what I'm about to say, fourth hour. It was the same but the guy from earlier Nino was in that class too. All of my other classes actually.
