Chapter 2: Chapter II: "Citizens"

It had already been three months since they were brought to the world of Remnant by the old sage and god of their old world. Ever since their illegal migration to the city of Vale, as they learned the name of the city they were currently staying at, and where their current base of operations were.

They rented a small apartment with three rooms somewhere in the city, the small appartment consisted of one bedroom with a small bathroom where they would all share, a small kitchen - dining hybrid room and a small living room.

During their first month at Vale they were gathering various information about this world such as their customs, culture, what was common knowledge of the world and even their various laws of the Kingdom of Vale, which they originally thought was a city.

~~~*~~~
One hour after they sneaked into the city, the four of them stood outside and in front of, to what they assume was a library. None of them knew the writings on the sign, it was a foreign alphabet,
though surprisingly the language and dialect remained the same in their old world.
They assumed it was a library based off of the look of the establishment, peering into the clean green tinted glass of the establishment, they saw shelves and rows of books, even the counter had a decent amount of books.
The four of them head inside the establishment, pushing the door inwards a sound of a bell clinked, informing the proprietor of the establishment there were customers to be had. A man with black hair and with facial hair in the style of side-burns, wearing a clean brown leather jacket greeted them from the counter.
"Hello customers, welcome to Tukson's Book Trade, home to every book under the sun." The man said. "So, what're you guys lookin for?"
"So it's not a library but a book store." Tobirama mumbled. "Do you have any books about reading and writing, for all ages? Are there also books pertaining the world's knowledge in the field of medicine, technology, and law  that we can take a look at?" The second Hokage asked.
"Sure, just let me take a look at the back. Name's Tukson by the way." Tukson, the owner of the Book shop said, but not before raising a brow from the man's uncommon request.
The other three Hokage's are now wandering around the store while Tobirama was waiting at he counter, Minato went to the children section and grabbed a book about fairytales and childrens books, Hiruzen went to the general subjects section grabbing a few books as well, particularly those named History of Remnant, Vale, Vacuo, Atlas and Mistral as well as the book named "The Art of Combat"
Hashirama on the other hand, went to the fictional novels section, being interested in the book called "Ninja's of Love" the word ninja and shinobi were similar after all, so he wanted to see what were the concept of shinobis in this world was.
Tobirama, after recieveing a a total of 17 books, those named:
Vale, Consititutions and Laws Volume 1-8
Politics and Governance: Vale edition
Reading and Writing: Kindergarten level
Reading and Writing: Elementary level
Understanding Science and Technology
General Biology
General Chemistry
Robotics, Circuitry and Coding
Understanding Philosophy
Understanding Culture, Society and Social Science
Looked around to see that his companions had returned with books of their own, adding more to the pile.
"We would like to purchase these books please." Hashirama said with a smile, including the ones the other three hokage's got.
"Certainly, that will be 7,500 lien all in all." Tukson said, which promted Tobirama to pull a brown leather wallet and take the corresponding amount.
Where did they find money you ask? Well...
...
...
...
The four Hokage step outside the alley where they previously were before arriving at Tukson's Book Trade, leaving a sight of 5 individuals beaten black, blue and bloody. The five people tried to rob the four kage when they were navigating the alleyways, avoiding possible suspicion of illegal entry. Of course, seeing such shiny and awesome armor tempted some scums and attacked them. Obviously none of them were a match for the might of the four strongest shinobi in history.
Tobirama, being the realist that he was, recognized the necessity of having money in this new and foreign world, Tobirama thiught it was a mighty fine idea to rob the robbers, taking all of their money and one of their wallets, containing a total of 10,000 lien. Hiruzen immediately agreed, Minato was neutral about it and Hashirama protested, saying it was immoral, but nonetheless went along with it.
They were surprised to see that their currency were wads of paper and not gold, silver and bronze coins, and had an L sign, but never put much thought to it afterwards, thinking that different worlds, different customs.
...
...
...
After procuring the necessary knowledge to study later they were now looking for a temporary base of operations, a house so to speak. They wandered the city of Vale, looking for an apartment whilst carrying paperbags full of books.
Though to their luck, they saw one apartment complex that was renting for quite cheap, only costing 500 lien monthly per person. They 3,500 lien left so having a 2,000 lien worth of house for the first month was not a bad deal. Though apparently it was haunted. Not that they minded, after the whole world war Madara caused and the world ending threat Kaguya posed, nothin really scared them, certainly not ghost. If anything, they were grateful for the ghost making it affordable for them.
And that's how their first week at Vale began. The four of them studied each other's books starting the day after, except for the Ninja's of Love book. Tobirama being the most diligent understood the alphabet and literature of the world and taught the others so they could get started on their own studying, though that is not to say the other three did not study. All of thise present in the house were a genius in their own right and in their own field.
Hashirama, hailed as the God of all Shinobi was an absolute genius when it came to fighting and combat, as well as philosophy. So he was in charge of learning and teaching the others about this subject.
Tobirama, praised as the Great Pioneer, took it upon himself to study and teach everyone the subject of the books he had purchased personally. Them being related to science, technology, politics of the remnant, among other things.
Hiruzen was nicknamed the Great Professor, was in charge of history and Minato, monikered the Yellow Flash, learned and taught the world's common sense  and the basic norms to them.
All in all, everybody was their own teacher and student
The four of them would alternate in their chores, while getting partime jobs to feed themselves as they tried to get accustomed to their new world. While also studying.
~~~*~~~

As was already mentioned, they were now already staying in Vale for a total of three months, and by extension, the world of Remnant.

Tobirama was on his way to purchase a material called "dust." Tobirama learned that this dust was the world energy source, as well as a material used for various purposes such as combat. It is a highly important resource for all of the four kingdoms. And so, he wished to study it further, he was on his way from a part time job being delivery boy, along with Minato, utilizing their speed and most importantly Minato's "Semblance" they made a name for themselves as the city's fastest delivery men.

...

...

...

To expand on this, after learning what semblances are, they decided to adapt some of their own, so that they would not draw attention to themselves. They were sent to end a war, to break the current stalemate between the wizard of Oz and the Witch of Grimm. And they will do so their own way, covertly. Just like how shinobi's are taught how to carry out a mission.

Of course, it's not like they were instructed to do so, but considering the wizard of Oz was already at the forefront of the silent war, they figured they could assist from the shadows. It allows them to be unburdened by responsibilities once the war is over. At least that's how Hashirama and Tobirama wanted it to be.

And thus, it was decided. They would disguise their jutsus in the form of semblances.

Hashirama's semblance would be Botany, the power to create and manipulate trees and plant life, as is his proficiency.

Hiruzen's would be Geokinesis, the ability to create and manipulate any forms of land, dirt or soil. Making use of Hiruzen's five chakra natures, but chose Earth Style being his specialty.

Minato's would be Teleportation, he is able to instantly transport himself and anybody/anything he touches to a place where he marked.

And finally, Tobirama, his semblance would be Sensory, Water Style would be his specialty, but considering their lineup and the constraints and restrictions of their supposed semblances, they lack proper versatility. Tobirama would use his profficiency in sensory ninjutsu to track enemies based on their chakra or in this case, their aura, seeing as both entities are quite similar. Or to use it to perform scouting and other versatile uses.

"Do you really think this will work?" Hashirama asked. "I am certain elder brother, as long as we don't use any jutsu beyond our discussed semblance." Tobirama answered.

"It's going to be a bit hard to hold back." Hiruzen said, o shich Tobirama replied once more, "As long as it's necessary, all of us may use our powers accordingly."

"Wouldn't having elemental type semblances put us a bit into the spotlight? I mean, based on my research, elemental type semblance are incredibly rare, and the most it's been talked about are in fairy tales due to the legend of the elemental maidens" Minato inquired.

"True, that is indeed the case, but while elemental type semblances are rare, it is not impossible. I have seen one case of an elemental type semblance in Vale, a student that goes by the name of "Neptune" apparently has Hydrokinesis as his semblance. Besides, we can just pass it off as being gifted, not that being gifted is new to the likes of Sarutobi and my elder broter." Tobirama answered earning a chuckle from his student: The third Hokage and a smile from his brother.

"Wait, how did you come to know about this Neptune fellow?" Hiruzen asked.

"Simple, I searched through the files of all the citizens of beacon to find out which ones are possible threats to our mission and to gain a possible lead against this so called Witch. Though none about the Witch came up, I did get some pretty interesting information, and I did so by hacking into the Cross Continental Transmit System using my "scroll". I've got to say, these "scrolls" are quite convenient compared to our world's scrolls." Tobirama answered.

"Wait, you managed to infiltrate that huge tower? You work fast as always Lord Second." Hiruzen commented.

"It was a bit hard for my first time, but it was doable. That place stores worldwide information and is the world's communication hub. It's practically begging to be spied on. I also used it to forge us some I.D's and transcripts, making us "legal citizens" and have valid identifications. I'll send them to you in a right now."

...

...

...

As they were walking to find a dust shop, not that there was many open this late in the night. They stumbled upon an establishment called "From Dust Till Dawn" and while that establishment seemed reputable, the ones currently inside didn't look like respectable people...
