"So I've never really done this thing before" said Rimuru as he was comfortably on Shion's lap being squashed by her enormous chest, "But I'm going to say what's on my mind. So I'd like you to reserve your comments until I'm done"
Everyone was in the Lizardman throne room, with Gabiru sitting next to Shion on a bench in front of the throne while everyone else was sitting in benches that faced the bench Gabiru, Rimuru and Shion were sitting on, even the Orcs that survived the battle and Treyni while Benimaru and Tiamut were standing behind their masters. Gabiru's body human form had become a middle schoolers basically the same as Rimuru and his hair had now turned silver with a few light blue strands and Tiamut had evolved into a Superior Dragon Newt shortly after Gabiru's evolution, probably because she also gained quite the experience from the Orc Disaster.
"First thing first, I don't plan on charging the Orcs with any sort of crime" said Rimuru causing people faces to go into confused mode, "I know this may upset some of you since they may have killed our people but hear me out"
"This literally started because the Orcs were starving. Any of us may have done the same thing if we were in the same circumsmtances" Rimuru continued, "Well, that's just my personal opinion"
"Alright, is there anything else you would like to add to that" asked the Lizardman Chieftain.
"I've taken all the Orcs sins upon myself, so direct your complaints to me" added Rimuru seriously.
"No we can't allow that, such a burden is unfair to you" interjected Geld's son.
"Too bad I'm doing it anyway. When I ate Demon Lord Geld's body, I saw his memories and I think this is the right thing" said Rimuru.
"I see. But I can't help but think that this decision is somewhat unfair to the rest of us" said the Lizardman Chieftain.
"Yeah, I can see why you would say that" replied Rimuru with his voice waivering a bit.
"But after the war, I decided to pass my title to my son, Gabiru so he has the right to speak for the Lizardman" continued the former Lizardman Chieftain as he relaxed back into his seat.
"Wait, what?!" asked Gabiru who had been caught off guard by the announcement, 'Damn that oldman is throwing his responsibilities on me'
"I think you deserve it brother" said his sister who was sitting next to the former chieftain.
"Fine." Gabiru said as everyone's eyes immediately fell on him, "As long as the Orcs get some sort of punishment. It would pretty unfair if they got off free from eating some of our people"
The Orcs went relaxed after hearing Gabiru's words. They themselves would have felt guilty if they escaped without any punishment.
"You guys lost your home because of this mess, don't you have any complaints" Rimuru asked while facing Benimaru who was standing behind him.
"We have no complaints. We'll just have to make sure such a thing never happens again." responded Benimaru while the other Kijins nodded.
"What about you Treyni?" asked Rimuru facing the dryad.
"I have no complaints, but instead I have a great proclamation." said Treyni as she stood up, "I Treyni as caretaker of the forest hereby appoint Rimuru Tempest and Gabiru as the new chancellors of the great forest of Jura"
"What? Chancellor?!!" screamed Rimuru, while Gabiru besides him was silently giving a prayer to the life of travelling he had planned that had just been murdered.
'Why are these people so intent on having me lead them?' thought Gabiru after his silent prayer.
"Well, what are we going to do with the Orcs" asked Gabiru's father, "There are still about 150 thousand of them"
"How about we form an alliance, all the monsters of the Great Forest of Jura working together" said Rimuru, "The lizardman could supply fresh water, while Orcs supply labour."
"Now that you say that, I could use some labour. I'm planning to build a city of my own afterall" said Gabiru in the spur of the moment. After Rimuru's speech about working together, he had thought about how cool it would be if monsters lived in a Steam punk themed city.

'God Damn it, me and my loud mouth, I've just brought more responsibilities at my door step' thought Gabiru as he saw the notification.
'Notice. I advise you to start a city of your own as a city built by Gabiru isn't likely to succeed' said Great Sage.
'Noted' thought Rimuru.
"Well I shall continue building my city in the goblin territory" said Rimuru.
"And the Dryads shall provide both cities with the bounty of the forest and make sure that no one goes hungry again" said Treyni, "And this marks the start of the Great Jura Allliance created by Gabiru and Rimuru themselves" she continued before she knelt in front of Gabiru and Rimuru. Everyone else followed her and knelt before the new rulers of monsters.
And after that started the excrutiating naming process as Gabiru had to name half the Orcs, all the Lizardman and hundreds of goblins that had decided to join him from the villages that hadn't joined Rimuru yet. The son of the Orc Disaster somehow ended up on Gabiru's side so he decided to give him the name of his father, Geld, like he Rimuru had done in the show and he evolved into the Orc High King and all the other Orcs evolved into High Orcs.
Gabiru also decided to name his father Abiru like in the show but this time he evolved into a Superior Dragon Newt. His Sister who he named Hera, also evolved into a Superior Dragon Newt. All the other Lizardmen evolved into ordinary Dragon Newts.
On the Goblins side one had actually evolved into a Superior. She was a female Goblin who was the leader of a goblin village who he named Athena. She had taken over as leader during a war with dire wolves when the previous leader had died and she had managed to lead them through the tough war, so he thought the name was fitting and she evolved into a Superior Goblina.
After 10 days of naming hell, Gabiru was in the cave he had trained his powers before the battle.
"Finally some alone time" he said as he sighed in relief, 'I can't believe this is the first time I'm alone since the battle 10 days ago'
"Now, to check my statu--" but before he could even start, Gabiru was sadly interrupted.
"Can I talk to you?" asked Rimuru who had been following Gabiru all this time.
"Well, there goes my alone time" responded Gabiru sadly, 'Can't a man catch a break in this world'
"Oh my god, you have no idea" said Rimuru with a sigh. He could simpathize with Gabiru as he too now rarely had any alone time.
"So from your naming sense, I'm guessing you also reincarnated here" asked Rimuru.
"It's not like I've been trying to hide it." nonchalantly replied Gabiru, "And I've known about you since the moment I woke up in this body"
"Wait you did, and what do you mean 'woke up in this body'?" asked Rimuru curiously.
"After Gabiru was beaten unconcious by Gobta back at your village, I woke up in this body that night as Gabiru with all his memories plus a few new skills" replied Gabiru.
"Wait, does that mean Gobta killed Gabiru back then?" asked Rimuru with a surprised face.
"No idea, but the first thing I did was ditch my followers" answered Gabiru while laughing a little, "Those guys were embarrassing to be around"
"Well this explains a lot, mainly about how your personality changed" said Rimuru, "And I'm guessing these skills are the reason for your sudden increase in power"
"Obviously. I'm guessing you have the same kind of 'cheat' skills if a slime can become as strong as you are" responded Gabiru, "I mean, everyone knows that slimes are starter monsters in every RPG world"
"Yeah, I have my own overpowered skills" responded Rimuru, "Well now that that's settled I'll leave you alone" continued Rimuru as he walked out of the cave leaving Gabiru alone.
"Finally, now open up, status" he said after checking his surroundings with magic sense and Dragon eyes for good measure.

"Balance Break" said Gabiru and a bright blue light covered him. The Vanishing Dragon Armor emerged from the light in it's full glory.
"Wow this armor is beyond cool" said Gabiru who was geeking out, "I wonder if I can summon the armor in my dragon form. I bet that would look pretty amazing"
'Since there is no target i can't really use Appraisal, so I'll try my new fire skill' thought Gabiru.
