Chapter 4: Promotion and the dangerous world
I came back to the company the day my suit was ready and I have to say it looked great on me, I looked in the mirror and couldn't help but admire myself, I hadn't noticed before, but expelling the impurities from my body made my skin look more beautiful and my face more defined.
The days went by and 2 months later I reached the spinal stage, now I had 1 ton of strength, feeling ecstatic, I got dressed and went to work, getting there I greeted my colleagues and took my designated position near the entrance.
A few hours later and a commotion started near the entrance, Tony Stark himself appeared, it was rare for him to appear here, I only saw him once in the months I worked here, the employees came to receive him.
But when everyone was talking someone came running through the door.
"Tony stark you bastard, you slept with my idol!!" shouted the man who was running.
"Are you a fan of Alicia?" said Tony.
"what? No!" the man shouted.
"Tiffany?" said Tony.
The man's face turned red with rage and he pulled a gun from his clothes, at that moment I ran before he could shoot and knocked him down.
"he doesn't even remember her name!!" he yelled as I held him to the floor.
"calm down friend, stars shine for everyone, but only some can see the black hole" I said laughing.
"what?" he said before going quiet and starting to struggle more when he understood.
"You bastard don't talk about her like that," he said.
"ok, now let's go, the police are already waiting for you" I said when I noticed a police car that was probably called at the beginning of this confusion.
After getting back inside, Tony Stark himself approached me.
"hey kid you're fast and you knocked that guy down like he weighed nothing, how long have you been working for me?" said Tony.
"thank you sir, i have been working here for a little over two months" i replied.
"Very well, with your skills it would be a waste to leave you here, I want you along with Happy as my personal bodyguards" Tony said.
Bracing myself not to show my excitement on my face, I look at him.
"Thank you so much for the opportunity Mr Stark" I say.
After that he entered the building and the day continued without other events, at the end of my shift Mr Happy came to see me.
"Looks like you got Tony's attention huh boy come on we have to get your new contract and give you your new schedule" Happy said.
After that he took me to another floor and I signed my new contract, apparently I would spend most of my time with Mr. Happy since he is Mr Stark's personal security, my new salary was 4 times higher and could still increase.
"thank you very much Mr Happy, see you tomorrow then" I said.
"See you tomorrow kid" said Happy.
As I walked to my apartment thinking about my new salary, a female scream suddenly sounded in an alley near where I was, without thinking too much I ran there to see a man(??) being attacked by 3 other men.
Announcing my presence would be foolish, I just gave one of them a weak punch, apparently I should have held back more because he flew into the alley wall, the other two didn't even have time to react because I had already knocked them down holding myself even more in comparison with the last guy.
i wonder if that guy is ok, i'm sure i heard the noise of a fart when he hit the wall, my senses got a lot better after reaching the last stage of body refigning, i hope that noise was him shitting himself and not his stomach bursting or anything.
Ah indeed, the female screaming man, I turned to look at him, but to my surprise he had passed out, well, he will probably wake up before these guys, but I wonder what they wanted with him, one of the thugs was with pants down when I arrived.
The world is really changing, the streets aren't even safe for men anymore, I should see if Mr. Happy can get me that gun license, a man needs a gun if he wants to keep his ass safe.
Arriving at my apartment, I sit and prepare to cultivate and I remember something, in the note it said that I should cultivate my body, mind and soul, but so far I have only cultivated my body, how do I cultivate my mind and soul?.
As I wondered about this, I felt like something unlocked in my mind, like the information was stored there just waiting for me to ask, I discovered that there was something new in my body, in my brain to be precise, a landscape mental and inside it there was a mantra written in the air.
The more I looked the more I felt pressure in my mind, so this is how I should cultivate my mind and soul, the mantra will put pressure on them and so they will strengthen like a muscle.
I kept training my mind for 1 hour until I felt like I couldn't take it anymore and then I stopped, stepping out of my mental landscape, I looked around to realize that things seemed slower, just a little more I can still perceive the program on tv one little slower than it was before.
It seems that mental cultivation has its benefits, I wished my perception would go back to normal and that feeling that everything was a little slower passed, so I decided that was it for the day and instead of cultivating I went to sleep, after the day. from today I deserved a rest.

After I unlocked the information about cultivating the mind and soul, I realized that there must be a lot more knowledge stored in my mind, just waiting for me to ask for it to be unlocked.

oh my, i just remembered a friend of mine who wanted to know if there was a way to make his dick bigger, i told him that even a magic book stored in my head wouldn't have an answer for that.
after I said that, something came to my mind, it was this, divine knowledge.
a few seconds later, a portal appeared in the middle of my apartment and out of it came a huge purple man.
"you have something that interests me human, give it to me and i will spare your life" said the purple man.
"Only over my corpse" I said.
a deadly fight began, a fight that would soon escalate into a one-against-many war.
