Intro
This book has three power grading categories…four, if the last one isn't grouped around the first three.
They are the super soldiers, zombies, transformers, and lastly… the planetary life forms.
At the beginning of the book, only the first three will appear because the fourth one did not make an early appearance on Earth and will only be seen after the main character leaves the planet.
SUPER SOLDIERS:
They are soldiers created by the government to fight against the fast-increasing zombies. Super soldiers are products of biochemical surgeries that get enhanced strength, speed, and vitality corresponding to the materials used for their surgeries.
The material used for their surgeries are the virus boxes of zombies which form in place of their hearts after their transformation into zombies. The level of a super soldier represents the level of a zombie whose virus box was used. A red-eyed zombie's virus box will only be able to turn an ordinary person into a level one super soldier and will have no effect on a level two super soldier.
While the process looks simple and plain, It is easy to die from the pain and brain shock since the person has to be conscious to prevent the virus in the virus box from taking over their senses.
Super soldiers are graded into five classes which are equivalent to the rank of zombies.
Class one super soldiers
Class two super soldiers
Class three super soldiers
Class four super soldiers
Class five super soldiers.
Super soldiers are only exclusive to the government as anyone who doesn't belong to them can forget about getting enhancement surgery.
ZOMBIES:
Zombies are the ancestors of the chaos and the cause of Earth's destruction. But the thing was that they did not just spawn out of thin air, they were the result of humans' attempt to destroy each other with outside help.
People become zombies immediately after getting bitten by one, there are vaccines to cure their virus but are held up by the government and that is by chance that you don't get bitten in a critical area; a person can only hope for a vaccine if they get bitten on their limbs.
Immediately after getting bitten by a zombie, a virus box will begin to form beside the person's heart while the human heart will slowly die during their transformation into a zombie.
Zombies are graded into five classes by the color of their eyes, from red, being the weakest, to black eye zombies.
Red-eye zombies
Green eye zombies
Purple eye zombies
Blue eye zombies
White eye zombies
(Author note: indeed feels strange for a zombie to have white eyes)
Black eye zombies.
Zombies become stronger by eating humans or the eyes of other zombies, virus boxes are of no use to them. And the stronger a zombie gets, the more human-like they become although they don't recover their memories. They become able to think, speak, and control other zombies after getting purple eyes.
TRANSFORMERS:
Transformers are people who fail zombie transformation, thereby gaining the ability to become zombies at will and still retain their senses. The process of becoming a transformer is almost the same as a super soldier, both processes are painful. The difference is that transformers don't necessarily need to be awake during the process so they can easily avoid that part just by passing out.
The way of becoming a transformer is…actually unexpectedly easy, just bite a zombie when you start seeing your life flash in front of you and swallow their green blood and then leave the rest to luck; because the success rate of a person succeeding this process is even lower than that of super soldiers, their death rates are freaking high!
But still, few manage to succeed just like the main character and a few others.
Transformers have the same grade as zombies as their eye colors change according to their strength. They also level up like zombies, by eating zombie eyes; they can also eat humans but obviously won't (or would they? Hehehe, find out in the book!)
LIFE FORMS:
This is the least power ranking in the book which would only appear after a while. Life forms are more like a general ranking of strength for every planet. Out there in the planetary system, earth happened to be one of the primitive planets causing it to be used as a test subject for other planet life forms.
A planet will only leave the primitive stage into the civilization era after having at least twenty second-order life forms.
Each life form has four stages, class one to class four super soldiers or red-eye zombies to white-eye zombies are all under the first order life forms. Class five super soldiers or black-eye zombies are the early stages of the second-order life forms.
There are ten orders of life forms in total.
