In an alleyway of a bustling city in New Kingsville, an orphan by the name of Michael was struggling to open his eyes after getting robbed and beaten up by a couple of street thugs.

Just as Michael was struggling to get up, a flash of light appeared before him followed by the sound of a bell, just as the light dimmed away a floating screen took its place.

After turning the page a similar scene played out in that desert alleyway. Similar scenes might have continued on if it wasn't for the fact that the book had no more than three pages.

And with that the poor Michael dragged his beat-up body out of the alleyway and headed home.
