Chapter 43: Warm And Beautiful.

While Alexandro's head was messed up by her presence, Lena could not tell why she hesitated, why she did not leave the room when she was supposed to, and she did not really understand why she chose to say. 

Was it truly because she was too lazy to go back to her room? She doubted. 

It was until she climbed the bed and felt his presence around her that she realized what she had done. She even froze and laid limply on her side, too unsure to face his side of the bed. She could not even tell what his expression was. 

Shocked? Or, Happy? 

Since she had already chosen to stay, there was no going back. She closed her eyes and tried to sleep but sleep was not forthcoming, her eyes were clear as day. She did not know why but her body was stiff in the bed, the only comfort she received was the warmth that seeped into her skin and the soothing fragrance of the bed. She wrapped her arms around her body and tried to reduce her presence as much as possible.
