Chapter 143: Waves of the Ocean

*Meanwhile, while Sicily was still reminiscing about her moment with Gregory last night…*

Amon and Lilith were already away from the picnic area. As it was quiet farther inside the maze, they stopped in a dead end, Amon crossing his arms in front of his chest as Lilith leaned on the hedge behind her, her hands at her back as well. 

"What's up?" she asked, a slight blush on her face as she looked directly at him. They are alone once more… and they are far from the crowd. 

Why does she want to think that something's going to happen now that they are alone? When did Lilith keep expecting stuffs to happen between them, like hugs, kisses, and something in between?

Is this what liking someone and being attracted to them physically feel like?

Damn… their times alone together from now on is going to be dangerous. She felt like any time soon, she might jump on him and attack him!

And she knows--she confidently knows that Amon might like it, too!
