Chapter 95: Trust II

She wanted to go in but, his last statement scared her. It was better to obey than to regret it later. 

Priyanka went back to the bedroom with a sour face. She arranged the bed and when a knock came on the door, she opened it. 

"We came to arrange the room," One of the female servants said. They were three in number. 

"Thank you but I'm arranging it myself," She informed them.

"No ma. We will do it, please" the girl insisted. She looked at the others and they nodded. 

Priyanka knew it was their duty to clean the room every morning but she had already started with the cleaning "don't worry, I'm almost done."

The girls smiled at her as they took steps back "thank you, young mistress."

She nodded before closing the door. The girls reminded her of the things she went through in the past to make money. They also reminded her of Atharva. What would have been of her if she had gotten married to him? His presence scared her.
