I'm momentarily shocked, but when his hand slides to the back of my head and he pulls me closer, I'm kissing him back hungrily like I'm possessed.

It's unlike the first kiss from two nights ago. This one, I finally feel more of his full lips on mine and it's taking everything in me not to faint on his lap with how it's making me delirious. He tastes like a freshly picked red apple—sweet and juicy.

He parts my lips with his tongue and our kisses turn frantic, my hands searching him everywhere, wanting to feel all of him. I kiss him desperately as though he's the oxygen I needed after being under the water for an eternity. And he kisses me like he's sucking my soul and then giving me air to breathe again.

It's all-consuming and leaves me breathless until all I can breathe is him.

He smells dark and dangerous and warm and addicting. Oh dear lord, I can't stop. The temptation is too much.
