Chapter 77: Shoujo?

The scenes that came after showed a time lapse. The little protagonist traveled alone for days.Hungry and wounded. After traveling for a few more miles, he arrived at his destination. 

Not far ahead, he finally found the southern towns where Lucien was smacked to death. Lucien was feeling skeptical as he watched these scenes unfold.

When he saw himself displayed on the screen, he felt odd about how the anime portrayed their first meeting. 

Lucien and Aiden's eyes met, then the dirty alley melted into a white background. Flower petals start to float around them, along with the soft flapping of butterfly wings. A gentle breeze blew the hair of the little protagonist and Lucien to the side. 

The scene froze right there for three seconds. Lucien was kneeling on the ground, and the little protagonist was standing in front of him. There was even the refreshing background music of nature in its full bloom of spring.
