Chapter 487: I Got Lost

Rachel Webster hadn't realized she was kidnapped at first. She had been separated from her parents and waited right where she was like they told her to if it ever happened. While she waited, she sang a song. 

It was one of Mommy's favorites. She knew all the words. 

Mommy said she sang like an angel and that she got it from Daddy. She said music was in her blood. The next time she got a boo-boo, she tried listening but couldn't hear any. 

When she said so, Mommy laughed and said she meant that their whole family loved music. It wasn't actually in her blood. 

Rachel sang her song until a lady about Mommy's age came to talk to her. "You have a very pretty voice. Where are your mom and dad?"

"I got lost. Can you help me find them?"

"Of course I can, sweetie. Come with me."

Rachel took the lady's hand. She led her out to the parking lot and to her car. "Are you taking me to my mommy and daddy?"
