Chapter 67: private invitations

Inside Alex's room, Leo was standing in front of Alex and Max with a serious expression. 

After making sure that the sound barrier was really up, Leo looked at them and said, "I told you not to let my mom come to the meeting; she will eat us all and spits the remaining out."

"ok, ok, sorry we didn't believe you, but I don't think it's that bad," said Max raising his hands in surrender.

"what do you mean it's not that bad? Wait till you see how she will take control of the guild right under your noses," Leo refuted, "you have to do something about this right now before it's too late." 

"relax; in a month, she won't be able even to lift a finger from exhaustion," said Alex, who was quiet till now, "she will be so busy managing the guild that she won't be able to attend any meetings."

"what do you mean?" Leo looked at him, puzzled, not understanding what Alex meant.
