Chapter 38: The devil has a harem?

I woke up to a pounding headache. I slowly touch my head to make sure it's not bleeding. Feeling my head to make sure it was perfectly okay, I tried to sit up from the bed I'm sitting on.

"Steady." Bel ran to my side, "you need to rest. Kelin will be back in a short while." She helped me lie back on the bed.

" Where am I?" I touch my neck as the incident of the last time I was awake came back with a vengeance.

"In my room, silly!" Bel gave me a once over. "You don't look bad at all. All you need to have this, and you'll be as good as new." She waved a green leave in my face.

"What do you think I am, a goat?" I raise my brow at her.

"You are a human. Have you forgotten?" She gasped, "don't tell me you lost your memory. Dark, I need to prepare more potions." She facepalms.

I roll my eyes at her, "I didn't lose my mind, silly. — Her words, and not mine — I just told you I would rather not eat whatever green thing you have there. I'm a human. I should be treated as one."
