The door was opened revealing two men standing there with grim expressions. Luciana already started acting like a dead body while Oscar put his belt around a guy's neck in a snap, before trying to choke him to the death.
The man started choking badly as he felt the belt around his neck. Without a second thought, Oscar kicked the man's knee from the back and made him kneel. While the other man tried to plunge into the man with the knife in his hand, Oscar was too fast that he let his belt and the man let go, while he caught his wrist that held the knife. Oscar twisted his wrist, making him yelp in pain. Before the man could recover from the pain, Oscar already took hold of the knife with his other and slit his neck.
The man on the ground woke up and tried to fight Oscar but only to be gifted with a knife in his chest. Oscar stabbed him four times in his chest without thinking much about his life.
Luciana who looked at the scene felt her bile rising up. She couldn't hold it anymore and threw up.
"If you can't handle this, you have to bear it," Oscar said without even looking at her.
Luciana's face paled but she nodded nevertheless. She knew Mafia people were dangerous… she knew them beating and torturing others. It's just that… she never saw someone being killed this way.
"You should have knocked them out instead of killing them," Luciana said after some time finding her voice.
Oscar just sneered at her and walked away from there. These men will die one way or another. And killing these men at the very moment made him feel relieved slightly. These men were working under the people who drugged him. This Black ocean… was someone he has long grudged.
"We should leave," Oscar said.
Luciana stood up with her wobbly legs. When she tried to walk away, she almost fell down. Oscar was quick to hold her.
"Leave me, Monster," she said with so much hate and disgust as she tried to push her away.
Oscar gritted his teeth and moved away.
"Monster… such a beautiful name…" a voice sounded in the room.
Both turned their heads to the source of voice. There stood a man with sharp and handsome features wearing a red and white colored checkers suit as he chewed a bubble gum. There was an amused expression on his face as he looked at them.
"Do you think I let you both alone so that you can have a chat and plan to escape from here?" he said with an ugly smirk she unconsciously scurried back a little. Oscar noticed that. He wished to go near her, but was afraid that she would step back again.
"What do you want?" Oscar asked as he blocked Luciana from that man's view.
"What? She is a beauty. Let me look at her. Why are you blocking my view?" that man said.
"Eric! I don't have time. I am your target. Talk to me first. You can do whatever you want later," Oscar said diverting his attention.
"For that… we need to get you out of this room. I can't stand the stench here," Eric said.
"As if we could stand," Oscar said.
Eric just scowled at him.
"Guys, get them," Eric ordered his men.
His men made took both Oscar and Luciana to somewhere. Luciana was sent to a room where everything was in white. While, Oscar was taken to another room.
Inside the room, there was a woman with a dress for Luciana.
"You can take a bath inside the bathroom. No man will not come here till you get dressed up," the woman said.
"I am fine this way," Luciana said expressionlessly.
"That room is a place which is not cleaned for past two months," the woman said.
"You will be given with food after your bath. Women are treated well under your boss. So, don't worry about your safety," the woman said and left.
Luciana has no choice but to agree with her. Even she couldn't stand the stench that was coming from her body. She hated herself. And adding to the point that she vomited was something unsettling. Taking a bath wouldn't hurt her, right?
She nodded to herself before stepping inside the bathroom. Luciana took a hot shower for half an hour. She felt light after the bath. Even though, she was glad with the bath, she has to be on her guard.
Didn't Oscar say, his family would come and rescue them by now? They why weren't they here yet?
Suddenly, she felt scared all over again.
