As the communication ended, Ava heaved a sigh of relief. Then her face darkened. It looked like Ulva was trying to break her. But why?

She tried to use Matthew's name, but it didn't work. Ava actually thought that Ulva and the King were scared to offend Matthew. And so, she chose to act weak and use Matthew's name as some sort of shield.

They are scheming something, Ava thought. But is that really something new?

After a few minutes, she called Mara back, and the latter started fixing her hair and applying her makeup.

"These are the gowns and dresses available in your size," Mara said.

"Black and red?"

"Yes."
