Noticing the healed eyes of the goddess, Goibniu finally understands what happened between them.
'You really outdid yourself kid'
Hephaestus's eyes were restored by David and as a result, she falls for him along with satisfying her condition of marriage with the Tears of the Goddess.
Looking at the necklace in his hand he can't help but shake his head in amusement.
"A Divine Artifact in the mortal world Hephaestus, what are you going to do now?"
Goibniu asked the goddess, if anyone heard that a human can forge a Divine Artifact, the situation would be disastrous.
Even though they are one of the riches Familia on Orario they can't handle the repercussions if the situation gets out of their hand and Hephaestus's intent is unclear on the issue
"I wouldn't endanger his life Goibniu because I love him, and you trusted me, so it's the least that I could do."
Seeing her resolve Goibnui was moved by her genuine feeling toward his child, except for a few gods and goddesses that indulge in their desires there are only a few like Hephaestus that only seeks pure love.
"If that is the case then I can only congratulate you for finally finding your true love Hephaestus."
Smiling Goibnui also congratulates himself for his insight and for doing the right thing, but instead of Hephaestus's acknowledgment, she only gently shook her head.
"I know that even you can feel his overwhelming ambition Goibniu, he is not even satisfied after crafting a Divine Artifact and I can feel that he is still uncertain of his feelings."
Hephaestus can't help but be annoyed with his unsettled heart, if not for her confession then he would still be on the fence.
But thinking about it, she doesn't want to impede his progress for her selfish reason, she knows that he can reach a greater height, and forcing him would only dull his perfection.
"That's why I asked to talk with you alone, I know he is not yet ready for any commitment, and as a god, I have all the time in this world to wait for him."
"You know that his aim is perfection right Hephaestus? He doesn't even see us as the limit and what if he fancies another girl, will you join his harem?"
"We are gods Goibniu we have seen everything in endless life, polygamy is not a problem with me as long as I know that he loves me."
Hephaestus retrieved the necklace from Goibniu, he wanted to ask what was so special about it, but she just smiled.
"It's a secret between lovers Goibniu, I hope that you understand"
Seeing Hephaestus's dark smile he can only give up in defeat.

Hephaestus tried to stand up with her body shaking in fear, seemingly frightened about something, unknowingly he rush to hold and ease her in his arms.
Looking at the terrified goddess he can't help but wonder what kind of horror she experienced to be like this.
After comforting her that he would never leave her, Hephaestus finally calms down albeit barely, and decided to remove her Eyepatch, with a trembling hand she trusted him with the thing that even she a goddess feared.
Looking at her cursed eye he can't help but remember that one stupid character in Naruto with their scarred similarities but instead of rings on her face it looks like interwoven flesh crawling on her skin that pulsing slightly .
He nearly turns in disgust but sees her terrified eyes full of resolution, trust, and hope that almost beg for him to stay.
He did say something to her to reassure her, but he didn't remember what it was with his raging anger toward himself for almost leaving her behind even after all those reassuring words he said.
'WHAT HYPOCRISY!'
And outrage for his skill Correxion of forcefully rejecting the goddess who wholeheartedly teaches him even without resting for the reason that she is tarnished.
'If you want perfection then change the world to bend to my will!'
Looking at the goddess that smiled after his words, even with shuddering hands that turned almost white with the force she was holding him, his anger turn to resolution.
"Let me do this for you"
With determination to protect her smile, mend her broken heart, and thank her for showing her true self, he overloads his skill to encourage the goddess that unknowingly moves his heart.
<Limit Off>

Her eyes that were healed were full of love and certainly contrary to her previous self, I can't help but be mesmerized and felt my heart slowly but surely also falling in love.
While I was still stunned she kissed me again with more fervor than before.
