The room was burning the temperature was rising to a point where no man could have survived and the mutated infected have been lurking at every corner of this maze of a room
"Mr. Gaia let's go we can't stay here it's dangerous," Kros carried him on his back pretending to be exhausted even when he's not if his guess was correct that one of his reader's four remaining vassals is within his grasp. he used this situation that he created making Kros prioritize him over the battle

Morris plunged his consciousness into his Mirage that was being chased down by a swarm of Npc's, Readers, and Homunculus along with the Avatar of The Mad Alchemist. he leads them to a tunnel and sealed himself within using Earth array that created a maze along with Mist array to blind his enemies once they've entered into his vicinity

The Mana that was surrounding the area was immediately sent in his direction not long after he sends the acquired Mana into the ground which greatly amplified his spell while he adds another one in the mix. the first batch of enemies that arrived in his vicinity was met with a maze that he created along with the Blinding Mist, they got a little confident due to their overwhelming numbers and headed for his direction once they picked up his scent. without no knowledge of the horrors that they will experience from their poorly made choices, the ground suddenly moved and the maze was changed into another level of difficulty. the rocks that were far apart were now closed to each other once they kept on pursuing his scent they noticed that the walls around them were getting thinner as they progressed

A chill could be felt as they go deeper within this maze the temperature was changing for the worse, it was freezing and the tight and narrow path they took only have a little bit of ventilation. making them trapped while the bodily fluids that leaked from their constant sprinting turned into Ice that latched themselves in their flesh if they were not careful in taking off those Ice would open up a wound causing them to bleed. with their remaining sense of reasoning, they tried to go back unfortunately the walls turned into a wall of Ice and shaped themselves into a spike that launched itself at the unlucky few that died of getting impaled a dozen spikes of Ice
while the rest died from the cold temperature
"That trick isn't going to work with the rest, it's time to be in the offensive zone, Glacial array Construct icicle weaponry," Morris weaponized the entire field with his deadly traps that we're able to kill a portion of Theodore's men without any progression he called for his vassals that were inside the base to accompany him in dealing with a certain pest that entered his domain
In a certain area where the scholars are being sheltered by the dilemma that was created by what they called a terrorist that was trying to stop them from achieving their goal to cure the infected. one of the people that dwelled in this room was Morris's body that was left by his consciousness rises from its slumber to monitor his surroundings after he heard Theodore calling for his vassals. with the success of his plan to drive away the guards from the vault along with the ones that were guarding the scholars he goes back to his body and left his Mirage in the control of his deity
"Mr. Gaia you're awake," Kros was waiting by Morris's side for him to rise from his slumber and was met by none other than his assistant's face
"Did I pass out?" Morris asked once his tone and personality shifted back to Gaia
"Yes, you did I have to ask you for something," Kros continued his request once he sees him nod in agreement
"I have been requested to help the others that might have been trapped in the room, will Mr. Gaia be fine if I leave?"
'Wow, requested to help the others to be evacuated here, you have a good Alabi on you Kros. it's a shame that I can't kill you at the very least you were a good pretend assistant, I had a lot of fun,'
"I'll be fine," Morris forced a smile that reassured him and immediately leave right after their conversation ended

Morris burned down their only entrance that was located in Aries's workshop before he reunites with the rest and fled the scene before anyone could have noticed them. later they unchained every captive and escorted them to their families
