This young man's name is Wang Shenyang, an ordinary human being from the modern world who died due to a stroke at the age of 50 and reincarnated in the world of cultivating immortality.

He runs his Shuishen Long Qi through his meridians into his Dantian, which causes his Dantian and vessels to expand. He started to feel his body ache and felt as if his Dantian was being stabbed by hundreds of needles.
As he was closing in on the breaking through his blood and qi rushed out of his body as if a great typhoon was brewing within.
At this point, Wang Shenyang knew that the more he suppressed the raging Qi in his Dantian the more solid his foundation would become.

Finally, he could feel himself entering a new realm as his Shuishen Long Qi became more stable and the raging fluctuations of blood and Qi returned to normal.
