I concentrated as I was scanning the surroundings, my chakra going to my feet as I jumped once again towards the next tree, the last few days had been a little hectic for my taste, if not for my habit of looking into Danzo's meeting I may have missed the signs of the ambush, I was still a little bit bitter about it though never expecting my team to be included in the plan.
'Now what?' I thought as I continued towards the border to Kiri, I can not go to Suna considering they are allies with Konoha, and Kumo and Suna were a no-go, well actually I can maybe convince Kumo but something surely was happening in the background cause there was no way Iwa added the bounty on me.

'Am I being targetted due to Kamui? maybe revealing it was a little too strong but I had no choice, it was a risk to maybe catch Danzo and maybe avoid the Uchiha Massacre but...'
I sensed someone coming from behind me, somehow the ANBUs managed to track me down every few days, I didn't want to use Kamui to escape, somehow I ended up rationing my Mangekyo usage, since I was heading towards Kiri it was better to save as much of my eyesight as possible, but the capabilities of Inazuka dogs was a bit bothersome.
'Hmm, that's one signature that I wasn't expecting to be here...'
I turned around to greet the squad of ANBU on my tail, it was a three man ANBY squad along with a 4 man team from Konoha, the familiar presence stood at 5 feet tall, a new Konoha flak jacket covering on his shoulders.
"It's been a while Shisui..." I pulled out my swords out, knowing Shisui, this would be a little difficult.
'Mangekyo Sharingan'
"Fujii..." Shisui greeted his eyes morphing into his a matured Sharingan, even though I knew that he had a Mangekyo of his own he hadn't revealed it to anyone yet. I kept my senses focused on the 7 people in front of me, seeing that I am almost at the borders of the land of fire, they must be getting desperate to stop me, as the ANBU won't patrol outside the region. I wanted to fight against Shisui but seeing the size of their team I figured one jump through space and time won't hurt, now I just have to figure out where do I go to.
The ANBU team attacked straight away as Shisui, shunshined towards me leaving multiple after images behind, there was no way to easily distinguish between the multiple copies of him, the only thing that gave him away was the name tag rapidly closing in on me. I parried his slash as his eyes widened at me figuring it out, as his teammate closed the distance from behind me, I turned around, a ball of chakra already forming in my left hand.
'Rasengan'
The jutsu tore through the ANBUs abdominal muscles before I let the jutsu burst outwards, the ANBU was dragged for a bit before the Rasengan destablished and lost its shape, a notification appear in front of me.

As a dog howled I jumped upwards to avoid the hands that came out trying to grab me, my Sharingan flared as everything seemed to be happening in slow motion, the fire ball coming towards me passed right through me as I activated Intangibility for just a moment.
"Ryu!" a female voice shouted belonging to an ANBU agent before I had to deal with furious swipes of a katana and keep track of Shisui's afterimages. I jumped backwards as another fire jutsu was fired at me, while I activated Intangibility once again, I started going through some hand seals.
'Dragon -> Rat -> Ox -> Tiger'

Everyone scattered to hide from the dragon that suddenly appeared as the fire from Konoha team's jutsu shrouded its initial charge.

I ignored the several notifications that appeared as Shisui appeared before me his eyes now shining with the Mangekyo. I wanted to avoid eye-contact immediately but I felt foreign chakra invade my body.

[Katoamatsukami dispelled.]
I watched as blood dripped from Shisui's eye, I jumped back to avoid the slash as I activated Kamui, I vanished from the forest and appeared in my dimension, the situation was getting out of hand, I noticed I froze once Shisui tried to use Katoamatsukami, I wasn't able to move while the Gamer's mind tried to deal with the genjutsu, and I couldn't take the chance if Shisui tried it again, he should have one more charge left after all.
'Did Shisui tell the Hokage about his Mangekyo too? or was that a split-second decision to change my mind or allegiance?' I opened my status and looked at the status of my eyes.

'Okay, so since I had to use Mangekyo to escape, let's go just go with Plan B...Kamui'
I appeared in a coastal town, I shunshined and appeared on a rooftop rather than behind the old man with the grey beard. He looked a little spooked as he turned around and looked at the surrounding before moving on towards the town.

I looked at the island that I teleported to before I opened my Inventory and changed into some civilian clothes, "Hey mister!" I shouted as I jogged behind to catch up to Tazuna, "Hey do you know a way for me to catch a boat to the land of fire?"

AN: My Final Exams started today so the update schedule on P.atreon would be affected a little bit, I'll still try to update two chapters today later...
