Chapter 55: X's Clips

Kanzaki understood that what he was doing was crazy. In fact, it was beyond absurd considering that he didn't even have a game plan if he were to fail with streaming. He was by no means a dumb person but when he had enjoyed streaming as much as he did he was willing to go this far just to see if he was able to do it.

The first thing Kanzaki did that night was to check his email for a response from the person that clipped all his videos. When he went and checked the channel again he saw that the person was still watching his streams and clipping all the good parts.

"These are really good." Kanzaki thought with a smile not regretting emailing the person. They had a certain kind of editing style Kanzaki really enjoyed. He wanted them to be his official clip channel so the both of them could grow and be successful especially since he we beginning to need money.

Luckily when Kanzaki checked his email there was a response from the person. It was a response that made Kanzaki smile the longer he read it.

[X's Clips: Thanks for reaching out to me! I love your streams and was glad to be able to do something like this for fun while watching your streams! I would love to become your official clip channel and will change my name to whatever you want when you email back. As for the money, we can split it 30 70 with me being the 30 if that sounds good to you. It's all your content after all.]

'What a nice person.' Kanzaki thought to himself. He had been hoping that the person wasn't rude and someone that he would enjoy working with. Based on the first email he could already say that it seemed to be the case.

With that in mind, Kanzaki quickly typed an email back.

[Mask: Thank you for replying! That all sounds great and for your name change it should be Mask Clips. Besides that everything sounds fantastic. It's a pleasure to be working with you and here is my Cord tag.]

Once Kanzaki finished sending the message he closed out that email and went to Tweeter. When he checked Tweeter he was excited to see that the person who made his V-Tuber model had sent in the things he had requested. From her message, she said that she had gotten more work than she ever had before so it took a little longer to make the stuff he asked for.

The things that he had requested from her were a few small things that would increase the appeal of his stream. For example, he had emotes made for something that he was going to work on later in the night. In addition to this, he had her make many different screens he could put up.

For example, before the stream began he had an animated image of his V-Tuber model sleeping on a desk with his mouse right beside him. He also had one that said ending stream with his V-Tuber model tearing up. Little things like this Kanzaki thought would help him in the long run and make his streams a lot better.

Kanzaki sent his thanks to his artist before checking Cord where he had another message. It was X's Clips Cord account that had messaged him saying that he wanted to know Kanzaki's name on money-sharing apps.

Kanzaki thought that he was trying to get it so that when he made money in the future he could send Kanzaki his share but much to Kanzaki's surprise within a few minutes he had a notification from his bank saying that he had been sent over a month worth of money.

'Huh?!' Kanzaki thought in confusion as he quickly began texting X's Clips trying to understand the situation. It had to have been him who sent the money since he had just given him his account info which turned out to be true when he replied.

[X's Clips: Don't worry about it. I was hoping you would make me your clip channel which is why I have been saving a portion of the money I made so far. Hope to do more work with you and thanks again for the opportunity. You can call me Jeff by the way.]

When Jeff introduced himself Kanzaki did the same giving him his actual name before thanking him once more for the money. After that, he gave Jeff a few instructions on the clips he wanted to be posted and how he wanted them formatted on the channel. Jeff took all of the information well and even came up with a few good ideas himself.

Kanzaki wasn't going to limit Jeff's creative mind. He saw how great it was just from the clips he had made so, of course, he would listen to Jeff's words. However, he did have a few things that needed to be added such as the link to his stream in the description of the clips. Little things like this would not only increase the quality of his image as a whole but also increase the exposure of all his different accounts such as Witch and Tweeter.

Once Kanzaki completed all of the things he had planned to do he went back to Witch and was surprised to see he had a notification of a message. He had turned his messages on for only those he followed and the only ones that he followed on Witch were his moderator, Rose13, and Hinojosaiii besides that there was no one else. He didn't expect his mod to message him this late and Hinojosaiii would have messaged him on Cord.

That left only Rose13 who he had yet to speak to despite her raiding him with over 10,000 people the other day. He simply hadn't had the time to thank her but now that she messaged him he could do so. However, when he checked his messages he was surprised to see that the person who messaged him wasn't Rose13 at all.
