General POV
The reward given to Jorah shocked all of the known world, the power to increase a person strength, giving such a strong and skilled man an additional strength of three men including the speed and stamina would no doubt increase his lethality to greater levels.
The way he was also protected by the scroll, preventing anyone from interfering with the strengthening process or stealing the prize from the ranker was also an eye opener, the way that the ones who broke the rules were dealt with was very scary and that has caused a lot of people with plan to break the rules like Cersei, Joffrey, the Boltons and all the rest to change their plans.
But one thing was for sure this is a very good and fast way to gain power, standing, titles and a lot of accolades, afterall with the numbers of people in all the known world, including all the high borns, low borns and the slaves, to be ranked in the top ten by the scroll will improve of one's standing and reputation and those that are associated with the person will also gain increased standing, reputation and whole other lot of benefits.
Some where making plans to invite the rankers into their household or connect themselves to the ranker by marriage.
Robert POV
Kings Landing.
That was a very surprising thing to watch, the golden scroll had really strengthened Jorah, the scroll might even have the power to bring back Lyanna, this what he has been waiting for all his life.
"Varys, I will give a royal pardon to Jorah Mormont, send him a message telling him to come back to Westeros, maybe we can even invite to the kings guard, there might finally be a Northerner in the kings guard".
"Yes your grace, I will send the message" Varys replied.
Dacey Mormont's POV
Bear Island, The North.
"So Jorah appeared on list huh?". She asked.
This might be a problem, he would be granted a pardon by the king so that he can come back to the North because of his ranking, he might even come back to claim his position as Lord of the Bear Island, this not something that she would accept without a fight, he was a slaver and coward who broke the law and ran away from Northern justice, thereby disgracing the family and causing his father Joer Mormont to step out and go to the wall at his old age, when he supposed to be in his home and enjoying his life after working for the family as it's Lord.
She herself will not accept him willingly and without a fight, she will have to contact Lord Stark to tell him about the issue.
General POV
The people are happy about the list and waiting to see the next ranker when the voice announced again.

The scene on the scroll changed to a room in Kings Landing showing introducing himself to Arya Stark and saying he had been brought there to teach her to use the sword, the following scene shows her training with him while Ned Stark watches from behind.
The scene changed again showing Syrio Florel fighting against Meryn Trant and three other guards with only a wooden sword and managing to hold them back.
-Syrio Florel: "I was hired to train Ned Stark's daughter?, Interesting"-

A demo was shown on the list of a man sealing some swords, bow and arrows, food and water, and some documents into the seal.
The man was shown walking without weapons and surrounded before he clenched his fist to summon several large seals to surround him in order to protect himself from arrows before he clenched his fist again and summoned a sword and shield which he used for battle.
The scene then showed Syrio Florel who was on a ship to Kings Landing, he is standing on the deck while the protection field surrounds him and a light shines on his wrist.
--["Focus on the seal with the desire to summon or store an object in it, objects that are large or living things like animals or humans cannot be stored in the seal, the seal will automatically be transferred to your children or kin when you die"]--
Tywin's POV.
That is what he likes, with something like this he can secure his legacy, something like this can bring the Lannisters to glory, he also has to find a way to secure the Bravossi, if he could make the man one of his bannermen and have him marry on of the Lannister branch members like Stefford children, it would secure the seal power for house Lannister when the man has children.
From what he can see, the man is on a ship and from the scene shown on the scroll it is not a very long time from now, it is possible he is already coming to Kings Landing, he should be ready to make contact with the man as soon as he arrives at Kings Landing.
General POV
--["NUMBER EIGHT: THE HOUND"]--
The Hound this time was shown on the battlefield in front of Kings Landing together with Tyrion Lannister killing a lot of soldiers.
The scene again to show the hound currently standing behind Joffery.
--["Reward: Recovery potion, after use eliminates all scars, correct all deformities, cure all diseases and restore all amputated body parts"]--
The reward appeared in the hound hands and the protective field covered him.
"Dog, give me the potion I have use for it" Joffery commanded.
"No" the hound replied before gulping down the potion began to heal his scars on his face and body, his whole body was restored.
Joffrey got annoyed and tried to strike him and tried to strike him before being flung away by the shield and turned to dust in full view of the whole world.
Cersei began to scream and call for his head while the guards refused to move forward, the hound began to run away while the shield was on before it would dwindle so that he could escape from Kings Landing while all the shouting "fuck the stupid cunt Joffery out loud".
The guards did not follow and everyone made for him so that would not be turned to dust by the field.
