Chapter 6: MORE THAN HATRED
Benzyl took more steps towards them slowly by slowly his eyes burning but all they could do was to move backwards as they lean against each other. No one dared to utter a word rather they could just stare at him with pleading eyes.
' Now, you have three choices. One, is either you wash my toilet with your hands every morning and night or you do a hundred press ups with me right now, Incase you fail in both then you better every day be carrying me on your back as l go to work and then as l come back, are we clear mongoose! chose now. You have five seconds.' he said standing still his hands in the pocket as always.
The choices that they've both been given were none easy. They all stood there unable to move staring at each other then back to Benzyl whose expression was unfathomable. Bean's hands started trembling his eyes feeling with tears keeping his sad face with him.
' four, three, two...
' Eehhhhh, okay! Okay, ooookaaayy brother. Sorry l mean big brother Benzyl. Will do? Bailey cut.
' You haven't said which choice you'll both take,' he questioned.'
' Will do both, right guys? Benny answered moving backwards knowing what will happened next.
' I said you choose one. Not both Benny.'
' But you didn't say if we choose both will do what? You just said we choose one. Right guys.....' Benny replied as they both nod in agreement.'
' Eerrrr....! Benny!
' Yes big brother Benzyl!
' Have you ever seen me going berserk?
' To be sincere, no Benzyl.... Sorry l mean big brother Benzyl.'
' Good! Now listen to me. Since you are so bright and bold, l want you to go to the Sacred Cementry at night alone and dig out Chairman of the SOJIK company's body and tell him that you wanna just send his condolences to him. Can you do that? He said moving closer to him his eyes popping out.'
' Jeez, brother! That's shit and.... Urrrgh! Are you for real?' he cried throwing his hands in his hair moving around.
' Ofcourse am for real. Now who's gonna agree?
' I better do press ups with you.... I'd rather not wash toilet nor.....
' It's okay Bean. And you two what are you suggesting? He asked smiling.
Benny and Bailey just stared at him in wonders. They thought that maybe this was not their calm brother but also they came to realize he is the one. No one can never change his mind whether is a woman nor his family member. Whenever the decision he used to make, it was always taken as serious as anything else even though it was a silly one.
' Big brother Benzyl, can you give us two minutes we discuss something? Benny suggested as he nod dragging bailey away from them.
' Errrr..... Bailey, l think brother it's true he needs a psychologist. We were right when we said he truly needs a consultation. How can he tell me to go and dig Mr. Chairman's body, is he serious with my life? Isn't this more than hatred? Benny whispered feeling so disgust.
' I agree with you, you see how he's staring at us, it seems he knows what we are talking about? Benny said looking behind.
' So, what's our plan? Should we do a press ups or wash the toilets? Bailey asked.
' Uuhh! Errrmmm!..... Wait....yeah you're right, l like your idea....
' Two minutes are already over? Don't make me waiting l have a meeting in Bashir City? Benzyl shouted scaring them.
' We've done, we've done.' Bailey replied as they move forward.
' Eheehh! Your decision is?
' We'll clean.....
' Bailey??? Not clean did you forget? Benny shouted slapping his head correcting him.
' Ooohh sorry.... We'll do press....press ups with you.'
' Ooooh! Good of you, now am out. Bean, make sure they do press ups till a thousand. I'll be back in one hour or two, my meeting is already waiting for me.' He said answering his phone walking away. No one dared to talk except the shocked expression they had on their faces. They didn't want to believe that from all people Bean will be the only one to watch them as they work out.'
' Hail nooooo! Artilist he could have chose me? Not this mongoose here.' Benny cried sitting on the floor.
' Heeeeh! No more rest. Now lye down all of you.' Bean shouted surprising them.
' Heeeiiii.... Since when did you started controlling us? You are still a....
' I know am still a student. If you can't cooperate with me then l gause l should call big brother.' he said tapping his phone but Bailey snatched it from his hands before he could dialed a number.
' What's wrong with you? He asked trying to take it back but they hid it.
' Benny, if you want your day to end well just give it to me in peace, please.'
' Ooohhh our little squirrel, did you think that we can get bide by brother's decision especially you directing us? Ooohh, nooo! Bailey asked shaking his head mockingly.'
' Benny... I said give it back? He shouted again trying to catch up with them but he couldn't. They kept on moving round and round making him to feel so exhausted. ' Please brothers, you know l can't run that far, please give it back my phone. I didn't mean to make you do press ups, am tired my chest is paining alot.' he cried touching his chest sitting down on the couch.'
' Hey, Haahhhhh! Haaaahhh! You thought that you are so clever right, see ehhh! This time we've caught you, here your phone catch it, catch it, raaaahhhh!' Bailey shouted throwing the phone towards Benny. Bean stood up and tried to catch it but he missed his target which he ended up falling down breathing heavily. His breath started diminishing which both Benny and Bailey didn't noticed but from the look of his eyes they knew something terrible was happening to him.
' Bean! Bean! Bean are you okay? Benny asked running towards him shaking him as Bailey follows. The shocked expression that was on their faces no one could have said what it was but it was more than being terrified.'
' Brother Bean! What happened to him? Bailey asked checking his breath as Benny wonders too.

' Hello Sir? Someone spoke on the phone.'
' Yes Anderson, any problem?
' Yes sir. I have received a call that your meeting in City Bashir has been cancelled. Till monday.'
' Andy, do you know what you're saying. Am now walking towards the Lazar streets cause l have left my car on the packing lot and you're telling me that the meeting has been cancelled?' Benzyl shouted stopping.
' Sorry Sir. The secretary said that the Business man that you're supposed to meet, his flight has delayed cause of weather so he'll land tomorrow morning.'
' What! You know what, tell him my schedule with him has been cancelled completely no meeting with him, he just ruined my day, fuck! He shouted cutting the call walking away in anger.'
He walked away hurriedly not even looking where he was going murmuring some words also down there cursing his guts for being so careless. He was checking the road before he could cross but the moment he took a step he bumped into someone his car keys falling down.
' Ooouch! Sorry! Sorry! The lady cried.
' Sorry yourself. You're not blind woman next time don't bump into people as you like, silly witch.' he shouted picking his car keys walking away as he receive another call.'
' Whaaaat! Yeah am coming now!' He shouted loudly as Alin and Jake turns their head to look at him. He was running as if something bad has happened.'
' What a jerk, can't imagine he called me a silly witch. Next time when l meet him he'll know what kind of a witch l am.' Alin muttered cursing herself as Jake picks up some oranges that had fallen.'
' Are you okay? He asked staring at him.'
' Yes, yes am fine. I wonder with some humans.' she whispered as they walk away hearing a slight chuckle in Jakes lips.'
