Synopsis
Sam who died twice was brought to life again but this time he was a dragon. He was made into a participant of inter universe competition. The problem was that he was the last to start. But, fear not because he also has a unique ability to control fate. The ability that everyone desires. He continues his journey, tempers himself in battles and starts his own legend. The legend of fate dragon. The dragon who had mythical beasts as his servants.
You have destiny to become equal to Vashuki and Shesnag. Not bad you can be my first subordinate.

First twelve or so chapter have very slow or fast(you can't describe it as any) progression but after that we start to get hints on MC power and abilities. The novel is too logical. If you think the plot with logic like how it should happen then it will fit perfectly, but if you think it like isn't this making MC's potential too high then it will also seem true. All in all novel has just started but it has something unique about it
I especially like the starting. Making Mc dead later in story would have left bad impression so he started from his third life. Mc's second life is mystery though. His abilities are also mysterious specially when reading the chapter first quest
MC has ability to control fate( according to author) till now only small tricks of his ability are shown except for those visions about danger. MC is little weird. He analyses the situation greatly but show little stupid side(like how he complains being less powerful because of system). Story has introduced main characters from start. He has strong backers too. In another word I will find strange if somebody can make him bedridden. He is careful in his every work after his intelligence returns.
