Chapter 2: Chapter 2 : The Little Tigress
"If you don't want to anger me to death, then no matter what you must attend!"
That phone call had forced him to sit on the plane for hours.
"We will land soon, do you want to go straight to the hotel?", asked a man who was in his thirty.
"Go to the company.", the man sighed.
"Okay"
Fu Shen was the son of the old man's right hand. When Ye Xiao moved to A country, Fu Shen also went along. If he was asked who knew him the best, then Fu Shen would pop up on his mind.
Getting off from the private plane, a black sedan car had been waiting for them. Looking at how prepared his old man was, Ye Xiao could only shake his head.
"This old man is getting more and more persistent as he gets older"
Fu Shen only smiled, "You can't blame the chairman as well. You have declined his offer over and over again."
The chauffeur drove right away to the company as instructed and stopped in front of the entrance.
"Go to the hotel and take a rest.", Ye Xiao told Fu Shen without looking back, then walked into the company.
It's been several years since the last time he came, the interior didn't change much so he could easily find the elevator. He walked into the elevator and pressed the button.
There was only a young lady in the elevator who was looking down and somehow looked tired and depressed as if the sky would fall any sooner. He thought that she might have been reprimanded by her superior. However, Ye Xiao was a capable businessman. In his young age, he had established his own company in A country so he had never pitied this kind of person. In fact, he hated people who was not efficient and effective in working.
The elevator soon arrived on the 9th floor. Upon hearing the sound, the young lady lifted up her head. He could see her pale face well from his angle. She had naked face, but looked enchanting on the other side. Her loose white blouse made her look petite while her black pencil skirt wrapped her waist giving our the vibe of professionalism.
Walking out the elevator, her back was straight and her black heels lengthened her legs. The previous depressed young lady turned into a confident queen in just several second.
Soon the elevator closed and brought him up to the tenth floor. He walked straight to the CEO's room. Everyone who saw him stood instantly as they knew he was the competent first young master. He was the talented man who established his own company at the age of twenty after graduating from his bachelor degree. Even the chairman would still need to give his respect to this grandson.
"Brother...", a loud voice greeted him as soon as he came into the room.
The owner of the voice walked happily to his side and hugged him. "It's harder to see you than to see king"
Then another lady came closer and smiled, "It's been a long time"
Ye Qing who was still hugging him was pushed back. Before Ye Qing could react, a manly voice rang to his ears "Let me stay here before the party, the old man will annoy me if I go to the hotel."
"Sure.. the door will always open for you", Ye Qing smiled widely.
"I will go and have a meeting ,you guys can freely catch up", Zhao Yu Mi left the two cousins and headed to the meeting room.
Ye Qing invited Ye Xiao to sit in his office and told his secretary to bring two cups of coffee.
"So bro.. How long will you stay this time?", Ye Qing asked as he sipped the coffee.
"Going back tomorrow", Ye Xiao replied as he played his phone.
"WHAT? Are you kidding me ?", Ye Qing almost burst the coffee out.
"..."
Ye Qing took the tissue that Ye Xiao handed while asking, "You know.. Grandpa really hopes you to take over the company"
"You know.. I've never interested."
"He is old now.. Do you have to be so stubborn?"
"You can help him"
"No no no.. Taking care of the subsidiary has been tough enough. You want me to take care of the whole company is the same as killing me."
Listening to Ye Qing, he couldn't help but frowned "Then are you trying to kill me instead?"
"..."
Getting no answer from Ye Qing, he stood up and walked to the door. Ye Qing instantly stood up from his seat and asked "Bro.. where are you going?", his trembled voice was the real evidence that he was in panic.
"Restroom"
Ye Qing's heart almost stopped beating, how if this cousin of his felt wronged and decided to go back to A country. If that was the case, then the old man would hit him to death.
After using the restroom, Ye Xiao who was walking back to the CEO's room came across an exciting scene. In the glass room, there stood two young ladies, one with full make up on point, the other was as pale as paper.
"Don't act like an angel when you deliberately want to humiliate me", said the one with full make up. He knew this woman, the little princess from Shu Family. He met her once when Uncle Shu visited her in A country and invited him to a dinner. It would be a lie if someone said that she was not pretty, but Ye Xiao didn't like this type of woman who suffered princess syndrome and thought that the whole world spun around her.
He was expecting the other's reaction.
'Would she act innocent this time and feel wronged or would she apologize as to avoid herself from troubles since the one she faced was not an ordinary one?'
He didn't realize himself that he was so anticipating toward the woman's attitude.
"If you feel embarrassed from my rescue then learn harder and don't act almighty when you don't even know the basic."
Ye Xiao who heard the response in the corner smiled, he thought to himself "so she chose to be little tigress this time"
