Chapter 25: I Love Him Too
Different from Jasmine, she is so energetic to hush her pounding heart. Ariana sits down quietly. She is thinking and trying to finish the physics problem when unexpectedly Leon sits in front of her. Ariana lifts her head in shock.
"That's wrong, you should have divided it by the value of x first. Tsk, why does Jasmine prefer to study with you than with me? It's unbelievable!" Leon points at the incorrect part of Ariana's homework.
Ariana raises her face and her gaze meets Leon's cold gaze. A rosy tint appears on Ariana's beautiful face, without realizing her heart is beating fast when she sees Leon sitting in front of her.
"Where's Jasmine?" Leon asks her.
... silence, Ariana is still fascinated by Leon's handsome face.
"Hey!! Where's Jasmine?!" Leon asks once again.
"Ah, yes, what?"
"Tsk, are you deaf, huh??! I asked where is Jasmine?!!" Leon is furious.
"Oh, she's looking for a Physics book, the last shelf," Ariana replies.
"Thanks for the info." Leon gets up cheerfully, but as he is about to leave, Ariana stops Leon, pulling his wrist.
Leon glares at Ariana, his brow lifts as if asking for a reason why she dares to stop him??
"So—sorry, just wanted to remind you, a 5-meter radius is prohibited." Ariana stutters, she is looking for an excuse.
[ You idiot, Ariana!] Ariana inwardly cursing to herself. How can her hand move spontaneously and prevent Leon from seeing Jasmine?! Why is Ariana not willing Leon to meet Jasmine?!
"Oh, you're right!" Leon sits back in front of Ariana, better to wait for Jasmine herself to invite him like yesterday.
"Why does a Young Master like you like Jasmine?!" Ariana encourages herself to ask Leon about his feeling.
"What do you mean??" Leon asks back.
"Sorry, I don't want you to play with Jasmine's feelings." Ariana borrows Jasmine's name for her reason.
"Who said I was playing with her feeling?" Leon glares at her sharply.
"Ee... I'm just wondering. You and Jasmine are different status, how can you love her?"
"Why did you become her friend too? She is not rich like your friends?" Leon reverses Ariana's question.
Ariana is silent for a moment; Leon's question is reasonable to confuse her. Sure enough, if Jasmine's face had no similarity to her father, El Richo, or if she didn't feel a bond with her, would Ariana still be interested in being friends with her? Could it be that Ariana had only approached Jasmine because of the burning curiosity in her heart?
"Don't hurt, Jasmine!" Ariana answers with another topic.
"You too! Stop being close to her out of pity!! If you just take advantage of her, I will finish you off! Even your family!" Leon arrogantly replies, he hurriedly gets up from in front of Ariana and out of the library.
Ariana closes her eyes, frightened. Leon's cold gaze makes her guts shrink. Ariana immediately packs up her stuff and books.
"Where are you going?" Jasmine, who has just managed to organize a heart after meeting Raphael, returns to the desk.
"Sorry, Jasmine, I forget. I have a photo shoot this afternoon."
"I see. Why is your face pale?"
"No! Just tired." Ariana snaps Jasmine.
"Oh, I'll take you!" Jasmine joins in tidying up her book and wants to take Ariana to go home safely because she is worried about her condition.
"No need, Jasmine!!" Ariana rejects Jasmine with high tone.
"Alright, be careful, Ariana." Jasmine lowers her head, disappointing.
"Sorry, Jasmine, I didn't mean to yell at you. But I'm absolutely fine." Ariana strokes Jasmine's arm.
"Okay. See you tomorrow." Jasmine smiles sweetly. Ariana nods and smiles too.
"See you." Ariana runs out.
Jasmine took a deep breath. [ Why is Ariana's attitude suddenly change? Did I do something wrong?]

At the car. Ariana stares blankly at the center car mirror in front of her. Considering her lovely face, her skin is so smooth and white. Very well treated since childhood. Kyara has been given the best body treatments and cares for the beauty of her only daughter. Her beauty should bring all men to their knees, but why? Leon didn't even glance at her at all. Then Jasmine? A shabby girl from the lower class, even though she's also beautiful, how can she be compared to Ariana?!

The beauty of love starts to creep into Ariana's heart. This feeling clings to Ariana's tightly, making her want to own this arrogant young master.
