Chapter 16: A New True Blood

The sound of swords clashing, panting and the sound of fast steps and movements were all that could be heard in the fencing training ground of the royal palace that belongs to the emperor Octavius.

One last simple attack from Octavius' sword was enough to destroy the soldier's defense and knock him down to the ground after failing to block the emperor's attack which caused his sword to slip out of his hand.

The man who is in charge of training the soldiers remained silent when he saw his best soldier gets defeated easily by the emperor… Again.

Octavius put his sword back in his sheath before he slowly turned around to look at Charles Galashiels aka the trainer of the soldiers "That's it? This is all it takes to defeat your best soldier?"
