Chapter 9: Explaining Plants and other stuff
[A/N This will be an explanation chapter about the plants and the future of the fic, this also contains a rant]
I had a couple of questions about the plants so here is a better explanation.
So for the grass they are genetically modified to make Bulbs at the top of their stalks which normally would be used to store seeds. (Think Cattails but a hard shell like walnuts) They now act as "storage" for the absorbed radioactive material that was in the dirt.
Theses Bulbs can be collected and processed to gain access to raw radioactive material. Which in the future will be used by the reclamation bots from Horizon Zero Dawn or will be used by the wastelanders for power.
Now since the build is full of Rads the seeds had to be moved to the stalk of the plants which is a good thing making them need human interaction to spread. As to fully remove the rads away from the environment it needs to be processed, which in the future will be handled by my HZD (Horizon Zero Dawn Bots).
But for now they will be used by wastelanders for clearing their farms and settlements of rads.

For the future Milo will be selling animals to wastelanders to raise, eat, and use as work animals. Since Milo will be using the Fallout Verse as a Hub world (Sort if I have a plan to avoid the NCR) so to speak he will limit what he sells to the Commonwealth, one to keep them from relying on him for the future, second to make sure he is the strongest when it came to technology.
The animals will be modified Horses, Oxen, and Pigs as they all can be used in multiple ways from work to eating.
Dogs are not planed expect for Milo's personal friends and himself as he and myself doesn't want them to be eaten.
Cats though I will be giving away to help fight rodents and other pests, they to will be modified Barivel which are the largest species.
So just a head up if you dislike Bio-Engineer stuff I will talks and describing the modification of animals in detail. While this will not be graphic it will weird some out, so those chapter will be marked.

Also this is not currently a harem fic, I do not see Milo as a very sexually confident person and while I have written Harems in the past I do not currently plan on making this one.
But if that changes I will add the tag and give a heads up for those who care.
In addition for all the comments of "Beta" Mc and all that stupid bullshit, you can kindly fuck off. Milo, was just some normal morally chaotic good too neutral good person.
He truly enjoys helping people and those improving the world, while he is a realist he will go out of his way to help people. That is why he is seeking people like Piper and Cait who will help ground him and keep home from fucking up.
Now, this doesn't mean he will not kill when he needs to but we won't just kill people because it sis the quickest solution. He will try and "fix" what is causing the issues then resort to violence.

As for the "Kingdom building" side of things Milo will set things in place where he holds absolute power while having a group of well monitored subordinates. As the population of his "Lands" will be forced to have Nanites implanted to "encourage" loyalty and prevent to much issue.
They will also act as medical devices to save lives and any other need a person could have.
(Now this doesn't mean no free thought rather just a slight nudge in the right direction.)
Think Late Monarchies, where only a select number of noble families have control.

Now, where would you like Milo to travel too. He wants to do as much good as he can, so if he visits DC or Marvel he will but heads with the Hero's and Villains as he would kill people like the Joker but work with Lex Luther to encourage stability and human interest.
While if he traveled to Westeros, he would just use the place to gather safe plant and animals. He would mess with the politics rather grab the brightest minds and greatest craftsman and leave.
Magic, can be a problem as both Essences never state Milo can't have magic it's just he will have to learn them like "normal" so he could download a book of spells a bit he would have to practice them to master them Or make a way of producing magical energy.
So if their is magic he will mostly use runes and enchanted items.
No space yet as he wants to stabilize his "lands" first before he travels in space.
The next chapter is being worked on I just have work and life to worry about during the week.
