Ythnan accidentally learn this technique by healing himself. Destroying his body using mana and later on healing it also using mana. He can modified his body according to his will, stronger muscles, unbreakable bones, and faster regeneration.
However, there's a limit to it as 1st stage. Even though he drink a lot of mana potion, he already reached the point where he can no longer destroy himself safely using his own mana. Thats when he reach the answer to all of his problems,

Walking in an hallway, Ythnan from the cafeteria already knows that he will be call at the office of Director, he knows why his been attack, what will they talk about, and how they're talk will end. He already think about this for a hundred times, and now it will finally proceed.
*Knock,knock* Ythnan knocks on a large wooden door, ancient symbols are engrave on it telling the story of the how the school has founded.
Before Ythnan knock for the second time, the wooden door suddenly get unlock, and pull open from the inside. A girl with long red hair quickly walk out of the room looking at the ground, without batting an eye.
"Ohh! 1st Prince!- no! I mean, STUDENT YTHNAN." Director Heidel greets him. He is an old man with a noble looks that looks respectable, although sometimes he looks a like retarted pervert.
"Look's like i don't need to call you anymore, huh! STUDENT YTHNAN!" he said making the word 'STUDENT YTHNAN' clear.
Ythnan sigh. "Goodmorning Director." he greet with bow, The Director is just looking at him with sparkling eyes.
"Okay, I will be direct to you. To tell you the truth I-"
"Im disown by the King, and no longer a prince?" Ythnan said, cutting the Director.
"...Huh? How did you know?"
"You keep calling me 'STUDENT YTHNAN' instead of '1st Prince' earlier, remember?" Ythnan answer while looking at the Director like 'Seriously?'.
The Director think deeply trying to remember what he said earlier, like he already forgot what he just said earlier.
There's a quick silence in the room until the Director ask; "Then why are you here?" he ask, then he grab the cup of coffee on the table.
"Don't tell me you're going to drop? Hmm?" He continue, while looking at Ythnan like 'That's suicide you know?' while drinking the coffee.
"Yeah, i'm going to drop." Ythnan quickly answer making the Director spit out his coffee.
"...THAT'S SUICIDE! YOU KNOW THAT IT'S MORE SAFER HERE THAN OUTSIDE, RIGHT?" He ask. His not that close to Ythnan, but he the Director see Ythnan as a walking book of spells, making him wanted to make Ythnan stay.
'Lol, I'm been almost hit by lightning in the cafeteria earlier you know?' Ythnan thinks, while looking at the like the Director is an idiot.
"Well, that's it, I'm going to drop. Now for our deal give me my graduation card" Ythnan demand, while laying his hand at the Director.
The director think deeply for a second, then his eyes suddenly widened like he remembered something.
"Is that why you enrolled yourself in two different departments, with two different names?" the director ask, Ythnan is just looking at him seriously.
"...Well, you know we goes through a lot these 5 years you know! How about, one more archmage spell, and we'll call it a deal?" The director ask, while clasping his hands together, sticking his tongue's out, while look at Ythnan with sparkling eyes.
Ythnan's looks at him with disgust. "You know possessing three archmage spell is already a crime right? You want one more? that's a total of six you know! You're whole lineage will be executed if you continue this!" Ythnan noted, making the Director to cease himself.
"Curse this Kingdom!" The Director curse, while looking up at the air making a cursing pose.
In the next few minute while looking at his drawer, the Director finally saw the card. "Here! Take this!" The Director give Ythnan the card.
"Remember! even though your name that recorded on this card is different, your blood that recorded here is still the same. Meaning, if the King learned that you're using this card, he can track you using his authority as a king. That's why I'm telling you to use this wisely."
"I know!" Ythnan reply. Then he walk out of the room leaving the Director on himself.
The Director look at the door where Ythnan exit. He feels pity for Ythnan who's been stucked forever as a first stage. He among the other people who feel fear, and jealous to Ythnan the moment he got awakened, he among them is happy. Happy on what will Ythnan will achieve.
"...Ahh! I hope you succeed someday Child." The director's wish while looking up.
"I know that someday, everyone will bow to you!" he said. Then he continue his work as a Director.
