Number two is that people's talent have a grading system just like how beasts are graded based on their potential, the grades are: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic and Legendary. Keisler never saw a talent or a beast above Legendary so he never knew what is above it.
Number three is that if he focused his attention on something on the screen, he will know what it means, which helped him know what the talents of people can do and also what the skills of beasts can do. His and his parent's talents plus their familiar's skills:

Sanctuary [Legendary] - The user can designate a place to be his sanctuary.
Effects:
1. As long as the user is inside his sanctuary, his strength will be doubled.
2. No one is allowed to enter the sanctuary unless they are permitted by the user.
3. Beasts that are compatible with the user is strengthened inside the sanctuary. Strengthening will vary based on the beast's compatibility with the user.
4. Magic Power will be more concentrated inside the sanctuary.
5. The user can assign a beast as the guardian. The guardian can use a portion of the magic power of every living being inside the sanctuary.
Restrictions:
1. To designate a place as a sanctuary, the user needs to stay in the same place for a week.
2. Only one place can be designated as a sanctuary.

Fire Enhancement(Weak) [Common] - The user will have the ability to strengthen any fire.
Effect:
1. Any fire within 1 meter radius of the user can be strengthened.

Plant Growth(Inferior) [Uncommon] - The user can fasten the growth of plants.
Effects:
1. The plants nurtured by the user can grow and mature faster than other plants.
2. Plants grown by the user is more nutritious and better than others.

Fire Breath - Concentrate fire essence and shoot it out of the mouth.

Heat Wave - Releasing a heat wave to any direction that is specified.

Nutrition Concentration - The user can concentrate nutrition on a part of it's body and make it a better fodder for beasts that eats it.

Taste Enhancer - The fodder made from the user will be more enticing to it's consumers.

One thing he discovered is that talents are not known in the world of Komu or at least in their city, because he never heard a mention of it from anyone. Almost all the top beast tamers he saw have mediocre talents but have high Max Level. He also never saw anyone use their talent. He actually also saw many people with high talents but low Max Level who are living mediocre lives, which he found to be a waste.
There is many times that he almost divulged his secret of seeing people's talents because he wanna help the people with high talent know their talent. He's just scared that once people got to know his ability, they might try to kidnap and exploit him to death. Though this doesn't mean he plans to just never make use of his talent and ability to be richer or stronger.
Actually, he already planned his future based on his talent and ability. He wanna be an appraiser and help match a person to a beast he's most compatible with and also a doctor with his own establishment.
Many things also happened to his family in the five years that passed. They renovated their house to a two story one with a store in the first floor a month after they discovered his and his mother's talents. They sold beast fodder on the start, and after a year they also became able to sell plant type beasts.
He also designated their house as his sanctuary and learned many things about his talent. The area covered by the sanctuary is just enough to cover their house. The moment the sanctuary was established he felt a little bit stronger and according to his parents their advancement speed almost doubled, which he felt envious about because he will only be safe to meditate once he reached 10 years old.
One surprising thing is that a week after staying in the house, his father's Max Level increased by one, but his mother's only increased by one after 4 more days. He, on the other hand only increased by one after a month. Their current status is:
