Chapter 38: The Feelings

Since their steamy encounter, they haven't spoken a word. Jody and Zev just dressed and sat on the bed in silence. No one of them spoke. Jody couldn't even hear what Zev was thinking.

When they reached the mansion, everyone looked at them. Gustav immediately approached them.

Zev closed his eyes for a moment and then opened them again. When everyone there saw the color of his eyes, they bowed. Zev held Jody's hand as they left where they hid until they reached home; he never let her hand go. Jody was very nervous. They were all surrounded by weredragons. Zev was the only one who kept the same form. He stayed human and went to his father lying on the wooden table.
