Chapter 117: Slice of Life of a Saint

Jayr POV - Greece, Sanctuary - 1989
I wake up feeling the weight of the girls on my body, the heat coming from their naked bodies also wakes up my little brother that is already standing proudly ready for action.
A few months peacefully passed since I returned from the Arifureta Universe, and once I did visit all my friends and family, I spent the rest of the time enjoying a sort of vacation with all my girlfriends, of course, I continue to train and spar to keep my fighting senses sharp and to keep slowly improving.
I'm currently in my home in the Sanctuary, and together with me on the bed, there are Seika, Tio, and Eri, all happily sleeping naked cuddling my body with the signs of our last round of lovemaking on their bodies.
Looking at them still sleeping, clearly exhausted by our recent nightly activity, and then looking back at my little brother as it is still full of energy, I smile wryly while thinking, 'Despise taking on all three of them, I'm still ready for more action, the after-effects of slowly merging the Dragonmen abilities into my being are starting to show, especially the ability that can't be named... Oh well, nothing that a cold shower can't fix...'
As for the reason why I can calmly stay in the home where my sisters also live, spending time with my girlfriends is quite simple, it is because at the moment, my sisters aren't here, they are both back in Italy, more precisely, with our parents as they are enjoying a little summer break for their duties as Saints and take care of some other matter, of course, they have both Saga and Saori's permission to do so.
And talking about my parents, I have to say that their reactions when I told them about Eri and Tio being my girlfriends together with Seika were surprising, at least, my mother's reaction was.
My father simply looked at me with a smile and a thumb up, with a face that clearly told, "That's my boy!" meanwhile, I expected my mother to be angry or at least disappointed about it, but instead, she welcomed the girls into the family with a bright smile, and later I heard her talking with father about how happy she is that I have so many amazing women loving me and that for sure she will have a home full of cute grandkids to spoil.
In fact, she was practically glowing once she learned of Tio's condition and started to drone around her together with Eri, and as such they all started to quickly bond.
I'm suddenly brought out from my thoughts as I feel the girls waking up, then I hear Seika whisper, "Good morning..." as she turns my head in her direction with her hands and starts to take the lead as she greedily prods the insides of my mouth with her hot tongue.
At the same time, I feel someone poking my little brother with her finger, so I move my left eye as far to the edge as I can, and I barely catch a glimpse of Eri as she begins to slowly stroke it up and down with a smile on her face, while Tio looks at it with a charming expression on her face.
Seika turns my head even more towards her and I'm unable to watch whatever Eri and Tio are doing for the moment, I do have some ideas though.

After that, we spend some more time simply enjoying our time together.
Later, I get out of the house and start my daily training regime, of physical exercise in Limit Break state under superheavy gravity in my Soulbound Territory, and after that, I check on the growing community of Nymphs, before returning to the Sanctuary to find someone to spar with.
In these relaxing months, I often took time to spar with many of my fellow Saint, and as expected, I found out that they still continue to improve, once more proving that this is one of the strongest generations of Saints, in fact, all the Gold Saints awakened their 8th sense, with Saga, Kanon, Dohko, and Shaka, on their way on full mastery, in fact, my fight with all of them are all very close ones, and most of the times, end in a draw.
Sure, we aren't fighting with the intent to kill each other, and I can't enter my Cosmo-Mana state, but still, my body is way stronger than a regular human now, so much that I can easily fight at lightspeed without the Cloth protection, but despise that advantage, they still can keep up with me and fight me evenly.
Without hesitation, I arrive at the Gold Zodiac and start to climb up the endless set of stairs, I arrive at the Aries Temple but quickly pass through it as Mu is back in Jamir training Kiki in both the art of Repairing Cloth, and of course, in becoming a full-fledged Saint, 'Talking about Kiki... That brat is sure a monster on his own, he is only 11 years old, but he has already awakened his 7th sense...'
I continue advancing, reaching the Taurus Temple, but I bypass it as I sparred with Aldebaran yesterday, after that, I continue and find that the Gemini, Cancer, and Leo Temples are also empty, 'Well, the first two are easy, Saga is in the Pope Chambers, while Kanon keeps wandering around the globe, and Deathmask went back to guard Italy's Saint Training Ground taking with him his girlfriend and her family... While Aiolia... he is probably on a date with Marin...'
After that, I quickly bypass, the Virgo Temple, 'No way, I'm fighting him again... It is one of the most frustrating experiences ever, no one is able to gain an advantage against the other, his defenses are really ridiculous, and I can negate everything he can do to me...' and continue to advance, ignoring the Libra Temple as Dohko is back in China.
The Scorpio Temple is also empty, but not because Milo is guarding one of the various Saint Training Grounds, no, Milo also got permission to have a small vacation, and he is also in Italy, in fact, he is with Shaina, Geist, and the rest of the family, to ask for Shaina's hand and organize their wedding, 'Yup in these years those two got a lot closer... Strangely that product became really popular among the people living here, especially the females... and luckily Shaka didn't get upset and sent her into the cycle of reincarnation.'
But the reason for that almost floored me, after our last spar, I got curious and asked him how he felt about the prank, but he surprisingly replied that he uses that product and thinks it is really a good one and that such a harmless prank doesn't need any kind of reproach as the only thing it did was bring some smile on the faces of the people living here who dedicate and risk their lives to protect the world from evil.
While remembering that little episode, I finally reach the Sagittarius Temple, and in front of it, I see someone waiting for me there.
It is a handsome and tall man with a muscular build, messy blond hair with bushy sideburns, and green eyes, he wears the uniform of an aspiring Saint and as he notices my presence a smile appears on his face, he is nonother than Aiolos, Aiolia's big brother, and original Sagittarius Gold Saint.

Indeed, since the position of Sagittarius Gold Saint was still mostly void as I'll away exploring and enjoying other Universes, and since both I and Eri already had a lot of experience on this, with Saori and Aiolia's permission, we all decided to try in resurrecting him.
And I have to say, it was quite a lot easier than what we went through in the Arifureta Universe, for a few simple reasons.
First, a lot less time passed since he died compared with the Liberators that were dead for thousands of years.
Second, Aiolos' soul was still connected to the Sagittarius Cloth, proof of that was the various times the Sagittarius Cloth acted following his desire to protect Athena, or when he communicated with Aiolos through the Cloth, and so it was quite easy to bring the Cloth into my Soulbond Territory to summon Aiolos' Soul.
A third and most important reason, Aiolos is a Gold Saint, a really strong Gold Saint, one that equals in power and mastery over Cosmo to Saga the current Pope and still one of the strongest Saints of the Sanctuary, and that was also a Saint that was a candidate to become the next Pope of the Sanctuary, for having all the quality of an ideal Saint: strength, bravery, wisdom, and total selflessness.
And what helped and surprised me the most was the fact that his desire to protect Athena was so strong that even dead, Aiolos continued to improve his mastery over Cosmo until he awakened his 8th Sense.
Thanks to that, in the end, the only thing Eri had to do was to use her Spirit Magic to summon his soul, and I only had to use Dark Resurrection to restore his body, the binding of the soul with the body and resurrection was then done by Aiolos own Cosmo with a little help of the Sagittarius Cloth that on its own equipped itself on its former partner and helped him in returning to the land of the living.
Strangely the restored body wasn't that of a 14-year-old Aiolos, but that of a 31-year-old version of himself, that is because Aiolos himself choose to imprint that into his soul using his Cosmo, saying something about being the older brother with a younger body didn't sit well with him, and that this is the age he should have, and also something about not being mocked by Saga.
His return did cause some chaos, especially among the Gold Saints that attacked and killed him, who rushed to apologize for their actions, especially Saga.
Still, he simply smiled and told them that he has forgiven them and that he is proud and happy of the fact that they, in the end, protected Athena and the Sanctuary and brought peace as a Saint should do.
Really if I didn't meet him beforehand I could almost believe that Aiolos is a reincarnation of Jesus for how forgiving he was.
While remembering that, I finally arrive in front of Aiolos and greet him, "Good Morning, Aiolos! How is life treating you?" Aiolos smiles and replies, "Good Morning, Jayr. It's going well... The world is in peace, the Sanctuary is growing stronger, and I can finally tease Aiolia for finding a girlfriend... Something I thought impossible seeing how shy he was in front of them as a child... Anyway, what do you think about some sparring between fellow Sagittarius Saints?"
Hearing that, I shake my head, and with a smile, I say, "I'm not the Sagittarius Gold Saint anymore... I'm happy with being the Crateris Silver Saint and the current Sagittarius Saint is the best person for the job, that is why I gave up the title and Cloth... But sure, I was indeed searching for a sparring partner..."
And with a grin, we both start to fight, we start with a light exchange of blows, using only pure technique, I even limit my body's strength and speed to be equal to Aiolos'one, and I have to say that even if he was dead for quite a long time, he didn't lose his sharpness, every blow kept me on the edge and I had to push my technique to the limit to barely keep up with him, 'What the hell? He almost blocks my moves before I can think of them... and he is doing that using only his martial arts and experience, as we both aren't using Cosmo yet!'
As our fight continues to grow in intensity, we slowly start to unleash our Cosmo at the same time, and with it, the pace of our fight starts escalating.
I barely dodge one of his straight punches aimed at my head by tilting it, and quickly step in and counterattack with a strong knee aimed at his stomach which he blocks by crossing his arms, but even so, the power behind the blow is so strong that the is blown back.
But I notice him smiling as he fixes his position in mid-air and says, "Time to get a little serious..."
Then he creates a golden bow made of light using his Cosmo and taking a shooting position he pulls the string of the bow aiming at me and yells, "Shadow Arrow!!" and releases them, but from it, nothing seems to be released.
But without hesitation, I jump out of the way making sure that my shadow isn't exposed, at the same time, I say, "You know how it is... a technique on a Saint won't work a second time! I won't fall for that again!"
What Aiolos used is an invisible arrow that when fixed in the shadow of an individual prevents its movement, the effect disappears instantly when the arrow is destroyed or after an indefinite period of time, and it is so broked as a technique that no matter how strong one Cosmo is, you won't be able to get free unless you destroy the arrow or its effect disappears, and finding an invisible arrow is hard because Aiolos made it so that it is invisible even to a Gold Saint, only by mastering the 8th sense can one perceive that invisible arrow.
Aiolos takes advantage of the opening created by his Shadow Arrow to disperse the golden bow made of Cosmo and attack me with another of his signature techniques, he throws a punch in my direction and yells, "You are wide open! Atomic Thunderbolt!!" shooting a massive amount of energy balls with some electric charge.
But I'm ready for it, and with a confident smile I reply, "I'm not! Torrential Rain!!" at the same time, I ignite my Cosmo, which gathers around my fist and transform into a water-like energy that twists around my fist, and with a punch, I release a massive amount of clear blue energy droplets in front of me at once that, almost like heavy rain.
The countless electric balls and the clear blue water-like energy droplets fill the space between us to the brim, crashing one against the other, neither able to gain an advantage against the other.
After clashing a few more times, we decide to finally stop our spar, and the fact that the whole Sanctuary started to shake and cause panic among the people, so much that Saga came to stop us threatening to use Another Dimension to send us away from the Sanctuary to an isolated dimension so that we could spar with him, Kanon, and Shaka as they gang up on one of us at time without holding back, didn't have anything to do with it.
Anyway, I continue to spend these peaceful days like this, enjoying my time with my girlfriends taking them on dates around the world, at times on one to one basis, and other times all of us together, spending time with my family while also helping with the planning of Shaina's wedding, sparring with my fellow Saints, not only those currently living in the Sanctuary but also those training in the various parts of the world.
Of course, that isn't the only thing I did, I didn't forget to hold my duties as Saint and Healer, I helped the training the trainee, and I also continue to heal the wounded in the Sancutary's Asclepieion (Hospital) and the patients I encounter during the various outing out of the Sanctuary while also giving lectures to the secret medical school of the supernatural world, the Ancient Schola Medica Salernitana, founded by one of Asclepius' disciple named Pontus.
And I also took some time for myself simply relaxing playing some ps3 games or watching some anime or movies in the villa in my Soulbound Territory, which I may or may not have brought from the Arifureta Universe's Earth, after all, here it is still the year 1989, and the form of entertainment I'm used to are still too far away, but I did give a copy of every technology of 2013 to Saori so that we can speed up and advance the one of our world, of course, little by little.
And so, time quickly moves forward, and the 17th of December 1989, my 17th birthday, is getting closer and closer, and so is my opportunity to visit another Universe.
Today, I'm watching a rom-com movie in my villa with Saori, simply enjoying my time with her, when suddenly Saori says, "Jayr... There is something I want to talk about..." hearing her tone, and understanding that it is about something serious, I pause the movie and looking at her in the eyes, I say, "You know that you can tell me anything. Shoot."
Saori takes a deep breath, then she seriously looks at me and drops the bomb, "I want to have a baby! One that I can truly call mine, the crystallization and embodiment of our love."
I remain stunned for a few seconds, then just as I'm about to reply, she adds, "Before you say something about us being too young for that, remember that I'm the reincarnation of Athena, a Goddess that lives since the Age of Myths, and you yourself are a reincarnated individual..."
Then she stands up and says with her gaze wavering a little, "For too much time I was torn between my desire to live and experience a simple human life and my godly duty as protector of Earth, and your presence and the sentiment that I have for your didn't make it any easier..."
But then her gaze turns firm and resolute as she continues, "...But talking with Eri, Seika, and Tio, I realized one simple truth... I AM the Goddess Athena, I will hold my duty as protector of Earth as I have always done, but I will not let that duty bind me and restrict my own happiness!"
At this point, I get up and hug Saori, at the same time, I softly kiss her lip before whispering in her ear, "Very well, if you really want to be a mother. I'll gladly help you fulfill any of your wishes! I love you." then I slowly move my face closer to hers.
Her gaze jumps a few times between my eyes and lips and she also begins shortening the distance between us with a sweet smile, we meet in the middle with a gentle peck.
I graze her back with my hand as we kiss softly, making her body shiver a bit, meanwhile, she moves her hands to my chest and clutches my shirt.
We separate our mouths soon enough but still stick our foreheads together, looking each other in the eyes, Saori smiles a bit wider and brushes my cheek with her hand, and I place mine above hers, then she says, "I see. I'm glad. But also, a little anxious...Because I love you too and feel myself changing because of it... but I'm also very happy..."
I smile back and say, "You know how much you all mean to me. Despise knowing that I won't be able to have feelings only for just one person. You girls still accepted and love me. So I will do everything in my power to make sure that you are happy!"
Hearing that, she lets out a beautiful smile, puts her hands on both of my cheeks, pulls my face up to match our gazes, and says, "And we will do the same..." Saori initiates a kiss on her own, pulling herself closer to my mouth.
She dives in for a bit deeper one than before, trying to softly push through the defenses of my lips, I let her in and she affectionately entwines our tongues, it's sensual, but at the same time, I can feel her caring intention in its movements.
After we separate, she throws her arms around my neck and hangs them over my back, and looks at me with a soft blush on her face, then I pull her up in a princess carry and quickly move toward my room, ready to fulfill her desire.
