Chapter 6: Chapter 6: Experiment
Bane walked around the streets when he thought of something about his body. Since he was made by experimentation, isn't it possible to create a new body? So, with that in mind lingering. Bane talked to Bang about it and asked if he could get some funds to build a laboratory for his experiment. As for Bang, he was skeptical about experimentation but he allowed it albeit a little unwilling. Since Bane was enthusiastic about this project, Bang allowed him.
As for Charanko, he wanted something from Bang. He wanted some weight equipment and Bang didn't know why but he didn't ask and agreed to his request. Bane ordered some workers to build a separate building where he will build his Laboratory while he buys the things needed in Laboratory. The time to build the Laboratory span is a month which is quite long for Bane but he didn't mind it as he continues his practice of martial arts and telekinesis.
As he continues his training, time passes by in a blink of an eye and finally, his Laboratory has finished construction while all the equipment needed is ready to use. Putting the equipment carefully, Bane was a little nervous and excited at the same time but with little to no knowledge about the biology of the Human Body, Animals, etc. He read some books about Biology for the time being while postponing his telekinesis training. Also, he reached Mid High in Telekinesis in the past month while his martial arts reaches High.
Bane was studying his biology when an explosion happened around the vicinity. Interrupting his reading, irritating him as he walked out of his room and only to see Snowy getting bigger and bigger until it stops at 3 meters. This sudden growth surprises Bane, Charanko, and Bang so they asked for help from a doctor who specialized in animals but even the doctor won't know what happened and he hasn't seen this type of condition before.
Bane knowing no one can help them, studied all about growth, diseases, sickness, etc. To make sure that he is sure about health of Snowy. The sudden spurt of growth of Snowy makes the three go serious about studying medicine. But, Snowy was confused by the three and played on his own. Snowy didn't bother them at all, indicating that he was taught good manners by the three as he knows when to play and when not to play with the three.
Thus, two months had passed since Bane studied Biology and Medicine he even continued studying Astrogeology for fun. As for the reason, he is the only one who knows. Anyway, today would be the day that Bane will start his experiment but first, he needed some monkey specimens and human specimens to be successful in this experimentation.
" Hmm, from my previous memories, I gathered from this monkey's body. I am initially a monkey who doesn't know anything but through some experimentation, I gained intelligence equaled to Humans while in a body of a monkey. This is also the reason why I unlocked my telekinesis ability. But, what and why did this happen? What's the secret of unlocking superpowers through experimentation? Is it an accident or intentional by the scientist? Let's find out and see if my thoughts are correct but if it's not, I can just experiment with another one. With my genius intellect, one way or another, I will achieve my goals" Bane said with enthusiasm. First, he opened the brain of the two bodies, monkey and human. Then, he compared the two and tried to see some differences between those two bodies.
Seeing that it's similar and there's almost nothing different, Bane was somewhat disappointed but he cheered himself, lifting his spirit as he continues his experiment that he didn't notice the time has already gone midnight. He started early in the morning and finishes at midnight, which is awesome for a newbie in experimentation. The focus was on another level that Bane might die from exhaustion, hunger, or madness if not for Charanko, snapping him out of his experiment.
Bane thanked Charanko as he goes to his bed and sleep soundlessly as if he was dead in bed, they didn't check his breathing. Anyway, many things have happened outside but Bane who didn't go out for three whole months didn't notice anything amiss. The Sea King arc already passed by that Bane didn't notice and the next arc would be the Alien Invasion arc. But Bane didn't care about it and continued with his project of acquiring the human body.
While the heroes are fighting and defending, Bane was still concentrating on his Project when a massive missile crashed into his laboratory, all his effort the experimentation was gone and he also died along with it. He didn't even notice how he died as it was instant.
[ Initiating Infinite Revival... Success, Initiating Double Power Up Death... Success, Telekinesis reached the next level... Omni Telekinesis(Lowest)... Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist has reached perfection. ]
" Fuck! My effort has gone to waste! Who? Who dares ruin my experimentation?" Getting up from the rubble, Bane angrily shouted. Mad about his effort gone to waste and the attack even caused him death. The weather changed as Bane unconsciously controlled the weather and looked towards the massive spaceship, flying on top of the HQ of Heroes. Bane noticed the scraps of the missile and the missiles that the spaceship fired around. Knowing who destroys everything of his effort, Bane flew towards the Spaceship with multiple destroyed buildings following him.
Bane kept flying and finally, he arrived at the scene he aimed his arm toward the spaceship and coldly said.
" Destroy everything" Massive Buildings formed into massive spear blades as he shove them toward the spaceship, destroying everything. With the cause of destruction gone, Bane flew back. Thinking about the experimentation.
" Sigh, I can't even have peace of mind. I just want to get a human body and as if God forbid me, he gives me a missile towards my house, destroying all the work I've done." Sighing sadly, Bane landed right in front of his Laboratory before he go back to the Dojo and sit, sighing in defeat.
As for Snowy, he licked the depressed Bane who smiled slightly and was cheered up by Snowy.
" Yeah, you are right, Snowy. I have more time in the world and I should cherish it and not be depressed by something that cannot be reverted. Thank you for being with me, Snowy. Let's go and play" Bane said and play with Snowy, who happily hopped around, shaking the ground and causing a mini earthquake.
